Why is the orderbook not in sync with the mark price on the inj-perp? Seems like you can get liquidated quicker since it marks the mark price as an indicator to what should be marketbought/marketsold right?

So if your liquidation price says 15.15 and there are bids for 15.59 and the mark price is 15.15... you will get liquidated right? (what helix shows at the moment)

It should be in your subaccount for stINJ/INJ, go to the Portfolio page → Settings → Preferences → Enable Show grid trading subaccounts → go to Balances tab → Switch subaccount to the stINJ/INJ subaccount → click Transfer to main on top right.

After that its simple just do it here on the open, confirm you're directly speaking the with the right user, here on discord you can see that I have the community team tag. We currectly don't have enabled a ticketing system atm, but those are the best ways in general.

For your issue, I can't test directly since I don't have a trezor at hand, but it seems to be the hardware wallet itself the problem, I will report it. Will give you any updates as I get them. As for a workaround, probably sending it to a hot wallet if its something urgent while we investigate.

Hi Raj, it was tested and it works fine even on a new wallet, no issues being stuck or getting canceled immediately.

It might be that you are pressing both buttons simultaneously when on the last option to approve the tx, on the last message of trezor there's a "Hold to confirm", only the right button must be pressed down until its confirmed, if you press both simultaneously it will cancel the TX.

This is the most likely reason, check it out and tell me if it works for you

You say this is from the injective bridge correct? What wallet are you using and if you're using a hardware wallet.

Thanks for the report, I'll be testing it out. Fortunately if you are using IBC and the transaction fails in any way (timeout, not received/confirmed on the destination chain, etc) the funds are returned to your bank balance in the origin chain. So no worries there.

tested it and it worked for me, you're using https://bridge.injective.network/ correct?
You should be able to select the fee token between that INJ or osmo on the approval window, it should be sufficient from both.

In the transaction approval, leap for example you need to choose a "show additional settings options" and it will let you choose.
It might be that even if it waives the fee, you need a minimum of INJ on the target wallet. Let me test that.

You can send Ethereum tokens to your metamask or send Solan tokens to your phantom and use the Injective bridge to bridge from these chains to Injective

Thank you! I've taken it upon my hands to resolve the issue since you've reported and I can say that it took some time but the native Ledger implementation is fixed and it'll be deployed today/tomorrow. From now on, there shouldn't be any issues with Ledger and you can continue using Ledger directly without Metamask!

when transferring INJ from Ethereum to Injective Chain (Ledger),

1. is there any general FAQ ? How many steps are there after clicking on "Set Allowance"? How many times we will expect to sign and/or pay gas?
2. when click "Set Allowance" on https://hub.injective.network/bridge, we are presented with 'verify selector'
   2a. Selector 095EA7B3 is correct?
   2b. under "Verify Field 2", Parameter is "FFFFF....:FFFFF...:FFF...:FFFF" This is expected?
3. we are not shown the amount of ETH gas that will be used, is this expected? How can we know if we have sufficient gas in our wallet in that case?
4. after waiting for quite some time, the error presented is "transaction was not mined within 750 seconds... " is this expected? must we wait for gas fees to be low to initiate the bridge transfer?

2. The promp-up that is generated is correct as it is automatically fetched from the hub when executing transaction. The parameters are correct.
3. The gas amount is shown when you are about to sign transaction. It is just an ordinary ETH transaction.
4. That means that the transaction has not been confirmed on time from the ETH side. You can increase gas fee to get the transaction processed on time, keep in mind that the ETH network is highly congested and at volatile periods it may take longer for a transaction to be processed.

You first transfer to your metamask and the use the bridge to transfer tokens towards the inj chain. You can also use IBC bridges for atom, terra or osmosis with the appropriate wallets a.k.a keplr
