Well, the short answer would be that if your limit order gets executed immediately then it would count as a taker order.

The longer one would be that if there is already an order sitting in the order book which can match yours right away then your limit order will get executed right away and it would count as a taker order, for example, if you place a limit buy for 10 quantity at 50 and if there's already a sell order 10 quantity at 50 or below then your order will get matched with them and be filled immediately.
