Helix perpetual trading is pain in the ass! Try two modes. Simple and expert level. In simple mode just allow user to enter and exit at market price. That would be enough for most of the degens. Fast entry and exit.

Actually just got an answer from the devs;

It's not intentional rather an artifact of how the bots work. Mid-price can move more quickly than we are able to trigger the creation of orders with the cron bots. So there can be situations where orders are not created in time. If the user is expecting 100% capital use at all times, that's not possible as is not practical for these strategies.

the issue with the lp bots not automatically reopening their orders

kuji/usdt lp bot was fine 3-4 weeks ago, now it just refuses to work properly the last 2 weeks

This was the answer I got from the devs, related to the bot not reopening orders all the time.

It's not intentional rather an artifact of how the bots work. Mid-price can move more quickly than we are able to trigger the creation of orders with the cron bots. So there can be situations where orders are not created in time. If the user is expecting 100% capital use at all times, that's not possible as is not practical for these strategies.

suggestion on trading bot: can we have an option when we are exposed only to one side, say all buy orders. to rebalance and ensure we always have one buy and one sell?

For example, what I see is, my bot has only sell orders. which means price went down enough to clear out my buy orders. I do not know by how much though.. could 1% or 10%. so my bot stays out of any competitive bids until i restart the bot. Maybe the orders are eventually cancelled if no bids are hit for a period of time?

I have an issue that involves a helix trading bot that I set up for TIA/USDT, on the 18th. On the 23rd, it seems to have ended (by itself, due to some sort of error or something). The funds seem to be stuck, or something (I can't access them).

"When the bot stops, settle in" option was set to disabled. When the bot ended, it says that 45.80 tia and $55.73 USDT...

However, those balances (from after the bot ended) are not displayed as tia or usdt in my accounts tab. However, my account overall balance is still listed as what it should be, if the funds were there. I double checked the withdrawals area and no tia or usdt were withdrawn.

When going to start a new TIA bot, it says 0 tia and $0 USDT are available.

I'm wondering what I can do. I don't see a way to start a support ticket.

Right now the bots are making profit only when the price recovers to previous heights. So basically right now either there is a bullish trend and you take advantage of it or you select a really small trading interval.

I had the same thing happen on TIA bot. I was told they are aware of the issue, that they're working on the root problem, and that the funds are safe.

Sure would be nice to have it solved soon because I would sell some TIA or stake it, and restart the bot with a smaller amount.
