the thing i sent is easiest way to get big on smalls, the very foundation of that is to have an active and decent 6 man tribe, it’ll be pointless to attempt it without a tribe

if you’re not an active full tribe you shouldn’t focus on making a base in a decent spot

I meant this: best way to start out on on smalls without having a built up tribe as a friend is on gen2 to get tons of dust > buy all boss fights with dust > grind out prefab base on gen2 > find gen1 server with alpha thats willing to have you as a taxpayer > build on astroid/ ocean pillar

Best for breeding is the easy soakers like turtles and stegos. Rock Drakes and bloodstalkers are good for line of sight on bases built on plats. A good map to scout is always gen 2 they're usually loaded too

The gamemode is literally unplayable, to the highest level. May as well call it 'cheater servers' -- no enforcement even if you report
The wipe occurs, 1 minute into the wipe you will see people level 120 with all tek-grams unlocked, 30 minutes into the wipe you will be aimbotted on every map by Dolphins/spawned in items, by a tribe living in the mesh. Who will also railgun aimbot you and your tames, and godmode your turrets.

It's a shame because a gamemode that wipes is theoretically so fun, but no point when there is 0 countermeasures in place server side

If someone breaks into a bank, shame on the robber. If the bank leaves the vault door wide open with no security, well that is what is happening with Ark security/cheat prevention

They will never return lost in game value. They will never tell you if they took any action on your ticket. They play favorites as a rule on what tickets get any response other than an automated one. They also ban people from using their reporting system without notification or any explanation of their usage of your data.

Players should be given incentives for playing well, not this uphill battle against cheaters and THEN the moderation team.

The game does not even feature an in application reporting tool, in some games that is literally step 0 for expressing you care at all as a developer/moderation team.

If u want overkill, cap internal turret limit throughout the entire cave with a capped wall sitting back a little ways. Then add towers galore outside and atop the cave, tree/cliff platforms as far as you can spam with tek foundation spam as well with spikes

hey im having some issue with raiding a vent base. i was on a stego and the tek turrets were damaging my player. once i got within shooting range of the back wall, the damage from the tek turrets was enough to kill me instantly off the stego. also im seeing on youtube people backing their stegos up against the wall when attacking from space, but i cant figure out how to move it backwards in space. both forwards (w), backwards (s), and ascend (spacebar) all move the stego forwards. so how do you move it backwards and how do i make sure the tek turrets done hit my character? this is all on official btw

Well everyone has thier preferences. Tek bow is awesome if able to use it. Tek rifle can be good too. Are you on official or prim+? If prim+ I recommend battleaxe all day long but if not then probs weapons that allow to attack from range. Bolas/net guns are always useful tho nets do require some weight depending on how many u carry.

They're pretty trash unfortunately in pvp scenarios, Especially with the dolphin release . They're good for travel tho theres a bug when doing a backflip u can traverse across center in like 20 seconds for example
