You can transfer your character to gen2, just not any items/tames, its op because you get full tek suit that doesn't require ele or engrams to use, just watch out for dolphins they can lock onto you and aimbot you off your tame, they're so broken rn hope they get nerfed

When you are server alpha you always want to know who is on your server, you can check all steam accounts logged onto the server. It's easy to identify allies or tribemates, however you cant just tell whether some is a random beginner building up on the server or an enemy looking to scout or raid you. So you just get rid of as many beginners as possible and the best way to do that is to bully them off the server.

There are a lot of ratholes in gen2 where the walls are glitched/invisible, are these mesh spots? Are they gonna fix this and if so what happens when ur build inside one of those?

You can test it in single player whether you can build in those, but at one point in time, the devs may patch the spot and your structures in that spot would be wiped out of existence, or another player might report you and you might get banned for meshing, you can report these kind of spots in #bug-reports, as long as you are able to go into that spot without using any broken methods like using a sleeping bag or knocking yourself out or climbing picks... it might not be considered meshing but the location might get patched at one point

I was testing stuff with the Noglin in SP and I noticed that you cant damage it while it's controling a dino, how are you supposed to deal with it if someone throws it at one of your dinos? Slowly wait for your dino to die so it can go on to posses another one?

Welcome to official pvp nobody gives a darn. sadly this part of the community is one of the most toxic people you can encounter. It doesn’t matter where you go someone will eventually come and find your base and wipe it just for fun. I suggest that you find a tribe that has the man power to defend a grief or raid if you want to continue on official. Another thing you can do is get a alliance with one of the alphas and stay on a server they are on. They won’t attack you and sometimes may help in some cases. As they are good people in the community you just have to look around. If it’s just a few friends then try unofficial higher rates and most communities are very friendly and won’t attack you unless you are talking smack. But best of lucks to you.

Don't stand still when doing your clip, try actually riding a flyer or fast dino (at least run) to prove it's not just good aim (I have seen too many people in tribes I was in that just do exactly this, and even show some shots missing when all they do is walk)
Spyglass the aimbotter, show the name as they said for what to do in those tickets (If they recorded the "who shot who" for every bullet, ark would be that much laggier, no game does that, you have to prove they are there.)
Getting your tribemates to spam tickets just means they'll fail to do any necessary thing stated above, your tickets might get ignored and the aimbotter will just be banned the NEXT day.

Hey anyone with an unofficial server on PS4 lose player levels after gen2 came out? If so did you fix them and how so I’ve been going crazy trying to figure out how to fix them

My max player level was 121 and now it only gives you 95 levels and I’ve seen other servers have their player levels above 100 still

Because max level is 155

before gen 2 came

You need to find how to reset your levels, you either did it with a mod or a ini

I'm having an argument with my tribemate, he is saying that flak is almost always better over riot gear. I have here x2 blueprints that we have, and he says the flak is better. Can somebody please explain to me why he's saying that the flak is better, and if it is better in fact.

Huh. I am on singleplayer and my experience is that the ‘timer’ for the artifacts spawning doesn’t start until you enter the cave for the first time.

Though if you’re on official, uh... either someone grabbed it right before you went it or it’s actually not respawning and you’re screwed.
