They “forgot” to mention transfers and new servers coming on the 31st on yesterday’s crunch, and yet set a timeline for the new skins whatevermodding system’s first iteration to be deployed on the 1st…
So either both are happening at the same time and they are just not saying, or they decided to introduce two major new systems one day after the other (which would be weird)…or the actual stuff people care about is delayed yet again but modders get more skins to play with

The real answer is the island is a poorly designed pvp map that makes it really easy for one tribe to get tek first and snowball out of control. Then they lock the server down while killing absolutely everyone else and keeping them prim locked.

Not to mention they still haven't figured out how to stop people from turning the trees and bushes off so bobs can't even hide.

It'll get a bit better with transfers and more maps released but in general ark pvp is an unbalanced joke.

Most small tribe servers alphas right now are not 100+ man tribes like regular official you get a group of about 8-10 guys on official smalls that play a lot and don’t have an offline timer you can become alpha on a small, and obviously regular you need much more

My honest opinion don’t start solo on small tribes until center comes out, hella ratholes and spots to hide on center. If you want to play in the mean time try to get boss fights and maybe tek cave early on by buying them from tribes that can do them probably with a payment of turret ammo or something. If you play it right on center you can have a good fighting chance to stay alive considering you can’t throw cryos in ratholes anymore

I've opened each note on the island, yet I've not got the extra levels.

Having looked at my explorer notes page, I can see some oddities...

Raptor note has a blue circle in the top right with a tick in it, but it has a padlock on it (i've been back to this note and I definitely have it unlocked...)
Some dossiers have an empty blue circle
some don't have a blue circle at all, but aren't locked.

It did count - it was weird… I managed to fix it by spawning and dying multiple times and attempting to re-collect the raptor note

It was bugged where the game thought I had collected it but the note menu didn’t think I had or something, it was weird

Carno is a 2 way entrance if there offline its really hard just frogs and carbos also you might be able to tp and throw cryopods and just soak with stegos same cant be said for pack

Please Wild Card & Snail Games. Remove all the commands that is like cheating before open server transfer. We got right at the moment- commands that are used to remove all threes / terrains. How fun is this to open server transfers with this command available? It really kills the fun!

Fog ok not big issue- but trees? …. Isnt it the point with the game to experience it like it suppose to be? I mean there were ni commands like that in ASE! Think of Bobs that are chased by alphas and the only way they got to hide is under trees / terrain. Alphas/ mega Alphas use the command- BAM all your hidden small bob bases oblitirated in a moment. Wont even be a challange. This will kill the game 100% and only ones left are mega tribes. We already lost ALOT players and more will go if we dont make these changes. No new players will wanna start play.

Thats the issue. They straight up give the mega tribes a command that is almost like cheating. I mean alphas/ megas already got the upper hand with all they got. Add cheating command to it? meh, i have like 6000 hours in the game, i played official pvp and small tribes as well... theres plenty of people that play the game seriously, when they have time to play. Its just that not all of us have the time to play 24/7.

Official ORP was popular, yeah it was exploitable and it could’ve been easily improved but they never wanted to pay attention to it, but let’s not act like smalls for example is not all teaming and account sharing or 1x duping or arkpoc straight up cheater heaven…hell even PvE is constantly complaining about people stealing their stuff. The argument of it being exploitable is laughable to whoever has played more than one more of this game consistently, cause at that point they should just get rid of official completely

the issue is how is it implemented. How can it be implemented without being useless (in the case of ase inbuilt activateable ORPenemies leaving c4 strapped or dinos on your wall for when you log in) or abuseable (leaving invincible spam in another tribe you log off from or blocking caves). in dedis there was another ORP that makes turrets do rediculous damage.... But then people just logged out and the base becomes unraidable everytime someone pulled up.

Facts because artifacts are in caves I can get heavy turrets in each cave within 10 hours of a fresh small tribe server and then no one will ever get tek but my tribe or who I give the artifacts to
