alot if not most official servers are owned by big tribes that will go and hunt down anyone who joins them, really you gotta have a friend in a big tribe that would allow you to build up safely on a server

i saw this dimorphodon turret i wanted to make. it is extremely hard to raid a base with one of these because they shred. but the problem is they are at risk of being rpgd because rpg can break metal. is there anyway to prevent this? i can send a link to the video of this turret in dms im not sure if im allowed to do that in this server.

nope and also this doesnt really work as a defense strategy sadly. can just one giga bite them, or send in an aggro dino like rex, theri, shadowmane whatver and they die with no issues. even velo shoot them or generally tek rifle them down from a distance is no problem at all so dont make one of these
maybe have some aggro dimorphs for distraction and annoyance inside your base though, but in the end that also wont do much if they already through the walls. might stop or distract someone that somehow bypassed your defences though

I actually do (or rather did) have melee capped dimorphis myself, but still their 4-5k HP they can maybe get with imprinting and just some levels into HP doesn’t make them durable. Tek rifles or even rockets etc can melt them, or one proper theri swing and what not

Time to stop and start building the future game and as a business, Yes they are charging for services. Its not "the same" as its UE5 and overhauled to a point where it will feel like Ark 2 anyway.

I want a karkinos that is great for carrying anky/doed for farming and a good tank from raiding too. Is this only possible through mutation breeding? Mutation breeding seems a bit difficult on official servers.

especially since stegos can breed it'll be much better to use

can still use karkinos but a wild stego and wild karkinos won't be much different with the same stat totals.

Capped giga does 14k damage, oil jars aren't that useful. They are only okay at crouch points, and there is no point in having a tame like that at a crouch point. Chain bolas are kind of strong, but a tame that throws them would be situational at best, and heavily targeted by everything lol

giga breeder(s) chose the wrong starting point for the mutation stack lol, with the increasement of mutations by 2, 4, or 6 points (single, douple, or tripple mutation) you have to start from an even number of points when you want to get it to 254 ^^

Just got back into ark, looking for a nice tribe to join. Three players, all of us are around level 150. We used to be in K.O but left the tribe because of clown admins 🤡

We're pretty good at pvp and are excellent grinders/breeders. We can also run boss fights for the tribe and run people through missions once we get set up again.

Our love for the game was killed for a little but but we're getting into it again and are ready to come back swinging 💪
