Hi, when you use a bed to fast travel the game take it off of companion mode, but if you use the implant to kill your character then it will keep him in companion mode, also if it dies and you transfer off the map he is gone forever you must stay for him to return first. I hope this helps these are just some information that i learn the hard way

Okay, the problem is that he doesn't leave companion mode—he just disappears as if he never existed, I also made a resource cache where my Veilwyn was right next to me as a companion, and he just vanished all of a sudden and I never found him again (he didn’t die, he just disappeared lol), but I’d rather die than go from one bed to another because there, I just wanted to teleport from the bed, and I think that’s what caused it to crash 🙁

I actually have a video—I filed a ticket and uploaded the video from the resource cache—and I don't understand why he just disappeared without dying.

I'm playing Ark: ASA - Lost Colony.

I'm trying to create an elevator system. The system itself works perfectly (the elevator goes up and down smoothly).
However, I can't seem to create a floor system.

I have a basement, a ground floor, and a first floor. The track runs from the basement to the first floor. But when I'm on it, it goes from the basement to the first floor (or vice versa) without stopping at the ground floor.

Could someone tell me how to do this, or if there's a trick to it?

Also, I know that in Evolved, you could have an "elevator button" (or at least a pad to call it). Does this exist in ASA? (I can't find it.)

from what i recall from ASE, there was no button etc to make an elevator work/run. It would always go exactly for one segment (the tracks you craft and which u snap together to make the long track for it to go up and down) up or down, no matter what so you´d have to click it multiple times when covering greater distances. but it would always stop after each and every segment/track so you´d have to lineup the tracks exactly with ur floors by snapping and then you can have it stop at every floor you have

Sorry if you already know but Deinosuchus can kill Alpha Tusos and Alpha Mosas at any level with 2-3 giga bites if you keep them moving. It takes a little practice to dodge the Tuso grab but it works incredibly well, you do lose out on the exp if they die from the bleed though.

Hi, is anyone else having trouble finding mods, especially premium custom cosmetics, even though they should work on official servers? In single-player, they're visible in the cosmetics tab at the bottom as usual, but not on official servers, even though they should be. I've tried this problem with two major custom cosmetic mods & everything else I can think of, but nothing works. Is this a bug? :/

Yup. I play on official and had half a dozen premium installed like the Elven skins, Ancient hi tech, and Bunker skins, but only the Galaxy hi tech skins were showing in my in-game cosmetics tab. I tried deleting reinstalling but it doesn't fix the issue.

Yes. You need Mushroom Brew for your Pyro or other tames; then it's immune to radiation damage for 2 minutes, unless it's a Rock Dragon, Reaper, Karkino or Basilisk, which are generally immune.

You’re Welcome, Yes, but only the aberrant version. You definitely need a radiation suit yourself & under no circumstances should you ever go into the red water; your Spino is only immune to the radiation in the air. The glowing animals you can take along as shoulder pets are also immune 🙂

96 hp 266 melee (after imprint 21khp 2026melee) and 47 hp 314 melee (after imprint 10.8k hp and 2364 melee )
for the 47 pt in hp theri
lets assume i get them to 450, 18 points will have to go into hp to get to 21k for veggie cake max potential so 68 points in melee for a total of 5098.8
for the 96 hp point theri same assumption but already at 21khp after imprint so all 87 points go into melee for a total of 5023.1 so more melee points in a stat will make each user added point more valuable, I always thought points and had the same vaule overall. Maybe I am missing something, feel free to @ me or reply I am happy to know more, i have never bread my own line but it is still encouraging to learn as i go

If u don't have tek to hover in the air, im using good (near cap or cap) Flak and pump and it's going well i would say... by now i've been killed just once, after one of my gloves broke.. apart from that the flak can tank its hits pretty well before it breaks. Just scatter few sleeping bags around and you should be fine. I managed to tame (tank hits) from 2~3 acros before breaking the first flak piece so keep an eye on that

You can find them on lost colony on the pink zones ususally next to the water. They look like octopus arms coming out of the ground. There is only a chance of harvesting them even if you find the plant so don’t give up to fast. You can ususally trade for them now. Fairly cheap.

Holiday cosmetics are still missing even though the patch notes say it’s fixed. I respawned with my implant and transferred maps

Simply enter "clean Glass" into the search bar. The mod is by Wildcards themselves; it's only a few MB in size, so it downloads quickly. Alternatively, for something a bit larger with several different texture skins, including glass, you can check out "Arkitect's Paradise" by BenzomineraMods. Both mods are free & with both, you'll definitely have glass skins that work on foundations, walls, floors & similar structures. After applying the skins to the structures, you can also switch between alternative designs in the action wheel, such as pure glass; glass with a grid or border; the transparency density, etc. 🙂

@knotty sparrow They're not that rare. It's just not always guaranteed that you'll get seeds when harvesting a wild meat plant. Between 0 & 8 seeds can appear from all waves per plant; you can repeat this every half hour. If you harvest the last plant in a red zone, the one you were at will probably become active again. The two red zones in the lower left of the map, which are particularly close to the starting area, are good for this. Most servers are almost empty, so you basically always have the opportunity to farm if you want to. And if you combine this with a visit to a Solwyn in between to get a Vulpite, which you can only do once per hour & there's a buff timer that you get yourself that only counts down while you're online, so u can collect Vulpite again after one hour. In the meantime, go back & collect more R seeds. This will also help you lvl up fast & catch a lot of meat, as a lot of enemies will spawn; perfect during double rates ✌️Do this for a few sessions & you'll definitely have a ton of R seeds of all kinds, plus plenty of Vulpits & other cool stuff. You might also discover caches or small outposts nearby that you can collect along the way & repeat this a few times. I do it with two top Pyros: one aggressive with special attack active on the shoulder & one that I actively ride. I also have good armor & something to heal with bc of the Dimorphodons, which will definitely annoy you a bit. && avoid the red element Water 🙂

I was having problems with bowmans rhythm proccing for me since i went on PvE Official last week. It worked on unofficial and single player. Maybe its a related issue? The fall damage skill still works, but the other ones down that branch like bowmans rhythm and swift shot don't seem to.

I thought maybe there was a ping moment when I first got the skill, so I mindwiped and got it again, but it still didn't work.. now im wondering if its a legit bug in Ark, or something weird with my specific player id or account, or maybe just a weird lag moment making the server not recognize I got the skill. I'm not entirely sure what could be causing things like that to happen. It could be similar to what you're having going on x.x' not sure though.

The should fix this game. I've got a tp near my base plus there's a leash. When I ran the boss half of my dinos disappeared and part of them I found at the base at the edge of the leash.

Lost a lot. After all the effort to get tributes and artifacts for nunatak boss

Hello while doing the boss nunatak on Ragnarok I've got a problem and all my Dino disappeared. I've got the transmitter near my base and I had the leash activated (I guess that was causing the bug). When on the boss arena all my dinos disappeared except 3 of them. Now, 4 I found at my base at the edge of the leash, the other with the tracking panel, are 1120m underground.
How can I get them back?
