Got a weird bug and can't find a single other person with my issue via Google and what not.

Issue is I can not place outfits on training dummies. I drag it on them and it just doesn't work. But if I give it to my friend it works for them. This is on officials btw and I am tribe owner. Even when I'm solo and no one in tribe it won't let me do it but everyone else I know can add their outfits to their training dummies and taxidermy bases but it never works for me.

That's sounds like your doing something wrong Vs what others are doing, try and place it into the dummies inventory and then press equip instead of dragging it straight to the slot.

Yep just the power ranger skins. None work for me but I give them the same exact piece of armor with the skin on it and it lets them equip it to the dummy.

What's weird is I can remove it and put a custom shirt on it and it will let me equip it. I just can't equip outfits to the dummies for some reason but everyone else can 🤷

I had a high-level character, and took a break from the game, when I came back 2 servers that are likely to have the character are not showing, so I am not sure if the servers were deleted with the character in one of them.

Please keep in mind these had early-stage Note runs, multiple bosses including Tek cave, aberration Rockwell, and scorched earth

Anyone Can Help?
In game when managing a full inventory pretty regularly my player inventory wants to continue scrolling to the top
while trying to access items in the lower rows of my inventory. When I press T to transfer an item it transfers from lower levels,
but then inventory auto-scrolls up because of fullness and I have to scroll back down to access items again.
If I log-out and then back in this stops for a little bit, but then after 15-30 minutes is again active.
Is this a known bug? If so, Why is it taking so long to fix? this one has been years...

Anyone else having mod related memory issues on PS5? Seems all the moro mods and some others like Sulphur Titan insta crash my game when I try load in both in singleplayer and on my Nitrado server. Nitrado is saying it's cause of a memory spike when I try load in, but I have isolated the issue to specific mods like the ones mentioned. I posted the following message last month and got no response, since then i've had multiple more reports on my server that specifically playstation players are having the issues and it's unplayable. It's a community server I am admining so it's a pretty decent requirement that all players are able to access it regardless of their platform.

Found a few reports on the bug forum with absolutely 0 answers to how to fix or if its a known issue so i figure ill throw it here. Redirect me if this should be elsewhere but ive asked a few times across the server and gotten no response. Friend is having lots of issues and with the customer support being 'Temporarily Suspended' theres no help available to try fix this. Game works fine and then after around 5-10 minutes ping spikes to 400+ and movement becomes impossible. Tried absolutely everything possible to try fix it and its still going. Some help would be really greatly appreciated because it seems its been a long term issue and there is no information for fixes online.

Sorry. Figured 'specifically playstation players' and 'a community server' would fall under them last two points haha. We are using mods but have removed them all for troubleshooting purposes and ping is still going nuts for the players. I can throw a list of all our mods if you'd like but the list gets decently chunky as we have a whole bunch of the "Creature Addition" mods

all PS players, reliably? and a ton of dino mods is basically guaranteed death for PS5, it just cant handle it. that usually causes crashes, though, not weird DCs

i have not seen any widespread issues like that. chat would be an inferno if all PS5 was DCing

Skittle said the amount of character tickets right now is just insane, and most of them arent even legit lost so its alot to go through :/

I am so worried about my character's status because before i knew anything was happening my character eventually downloaded but his name is gone and is now player on his implant but same implant number, and all the cosmetics gone i had to redo the Easter ones to get those back but lost the others, all of this to stop the bots and I am still seeing ads on the server, I really put in time and effort to get my characters all those boss fights as a solo pve player, I also keep and refreshed my upload with all my best bps so i can access them anywhere, also wiped from existence. I dont mind the grind or game screwing me but even when I do everything right i have colossal loses like this that really makes me feel all i do is waste my time coming on this game. My uploads in particular was lots of effort.

Yea i feel you, im solo on official too, always have been for years and char is definitely the most important thing in Ark with everything thats tied to it and all the loss potential 😶
The good thing about your situation is that you still have a char somewhat that appears bugged (assuming level and tek engrams etc are still as-were) and its the name + cosmetics gone.

I already had cosmetics disappear (both permanently and temporarily) and also sometimes after transfering i had the exact same name issue.

But after transferring or server save the name returned back to normal so i think its mainly / hopefully just a slightly bugged state right now or sth, and that if not it can be sorted easily once this whole thing settles down a bit more and when transfers are save again - right now its just madness 🙁

Anyone having issues with Pyromanes? When I go to tame one, they immediately go into their dash animation, but do not move, at all. They stay like this, even after de-rendering. I can hurt them, but cannot interact with them in any other way.

I don't think a patch assembly should take over 135gigs, I'm pretty sure it could be fixed by optimizing

if you can figure out a hammerspace format-agnostic delta patch, you will be filthy rich beyond imagination and revolutionize computing

dont worry, theyre not gone for good. if you unlocked them they WILL reappear at some point. it usually just takes some time

Sounds like the last map save got corrupted. You could try rolling back to a previous save but yeah if it doesn't work see if a live chat agent is available or put in a ticket.

The chat agents are usually really good and way quicker than waiting on a ticket but they aren't always available unfortunately.

If we lose our characters we lose all. 2+years of work.
