Yes, water and fertilizer were just filled when planted, 3 to 4 hours before attempting to move the raft/motor boat.

I'm playing on a Lost Colony PvE server (6387) and i've noticed for many weeks that the defense outposts never spawn again. I think it comes from people buildings several amount of structures nearby. I can't farm anymore the sigils to try to kill the Lost King and i don't know what to do. Many people on that server are simply not logged anymore and their structures keep preventing me to farm this. What can i do ?

And about the alpha Ossidon, i notice many people have build their base on the main spawn area (west of the map) and i've really never saw any Alpha Ossidon to spawn.

I also don't know why the outposts that we must attack don't give sigils when cleared. It feels not normal that only defense outposts provide them.

i assume this is for unfertilized eggs? if you can, reduce the egg lay interval. i keep mine at 0.5 and i dig it. i believe you have to wait for the previous timer to run down before it adjusts to the new setting but unfortunately you can't exactly see that timer. you can use the slomo command to speed it along if you want or just wait it out

Normally I'd say it's a mod issue. But this time around I'm leaning towards base game thanks to the issues we've had with the recent patches. It might be safe to leave the mod in if its a structure one but I'd recommend keeping a close eye on the situation for the next few days.

You're not being a prick killing them when it's a well known courtesy on Ark to leave the obelisk and artifact caves open. Anyone who deliberately blocks them is blocking access to end game content for the entire server. I'd say that's them declaring hostilities not you.

If you want to move them without killing them though then you can try knocking them out and dragging them on a Equus with a lasso.

It's tied to your local save data but it's been years since I've played Ark on PC so I don't know which files. I just know when my local data gets cleared on xbox thanks to a high quality ark update it clears both my map and notes progress on my character.

OK clearing your local save data should sort it but naturally this means reseting your map and deleting your single player worlds. You'll also need to redownload any installed mods.

the internal, im not reckless enough to install asa on an external drive, although most games like assassins creed or doom when you up the graphics the textures load faster and they look better, but the game runs far worse (fps) if your computer cant take the strain from the increased graphics

"internal" is not a type of drive, could be anything. texture quality has zero effect on performance unless you are hitting vram bandwidth limits (or out of vram, at which point it crashes or near-freezes)

You sometimes have to restart the console when that message shows up. It usually shows up when a patch has dropped. It's incredibly frustrating if it happens while you where underwater or in a PvP fight since its pretty much guaranteed death.

Tusos don't grab you off your mount but they can grab most critters.

Main danger for dismounts when in deep sea is the stuns from jellyfish.

Deinosuchus is a very good critter for getting started underwater since they can kill alpha tusos and alpha mosas of any level with 2 giga bites. You just need to keep them moving for the bleed to work. It does take a little practice to hit the tusos without getting grabbed though and they aren't immune to jellyfish.

Mosas and other deep sea critters lose agro and flee in to the deep when they go above a certain depth. The flee state can get saved though so next time they get agro'd they will go in to the flee mode temporarily. If you keep chasing and attacking it they will usually revert after a while and start attacking like normal. Is ark though so no promises on that happening lol.

Yeah that can happen too. Critters go in to flee mode if they can't attack after a certain amount of time. You will notice this pretty often with angler fish. The wild ones are so slow they will regularly go in to flee mode before they get in to attack range after being agrod.

Just Remove file from folder, Create a new one. If it don't work then it's game, uninstall and reinstall. If it does work, then you have something in game file that is coruppt

Is there a way to turn off the sunlight in the cave on the Aberration map? When the sunlight shine in to the cave it is impossible to see anything since all the places outside the sunlight turns pitch black. But for me it works to just dig them up at ground level even thou it says there are like 400m away. It seems the z axis isn't used in calcultion if you are close enough to dig.

Yea, idk what problem it is, but it pretty bad than you trying to tame lvl 5 cuz it has zero food and oxy, but after taming you have at least one point in each, even with effectiveness being 2%

The starting level was 145, taming effectiveness dropped below 5% stating i was only gonna get 5 levels out of it, but it gave me 36 levels instead when finished. I was panicking for 9 hours straight because it was dropping so fast for no reason.

Also if you end up getting ASE, make sure to set the beta branch correctly- snail games released a broken AI slop DLC that essentially bricked the whole thing (and theyve already abandoned it fully broken) and you need to set a beta branch to reroll it to a working state

anybody know how to remove a cosmetic at the wardrobe in club ark? i accidentally clicked zipline motor attachment skin for pants and now its constantly there, even mixing with other pant skins. cant seem to remove it. thanks

at the wardrobe the zipline shows up in the pants section but in reality its slotted on a special slot that can only be accessed while in a mini-game. so if you unequip it in a minigame you cant save your outfit cuz youre not at the wardrobe. when you get out of the minigame the zipline is reattached.

I'm working on carcha's and have gotten pretty deep into the melee line and in between the eggs hatching, im breeding my health mutation carcha with the clean females. However, the game is showing the new carcha has two mutations, but is only giving levels/points as if it only had 1 mutation.

Base female is 329
Health mutation 1 is obviously 331.
New baby comes out showing 2 mutations inside the ancsetory but still level 331

That sounds like you got another health mutation on the base stat instead of the stack stat

Yes. You have to get lucky and get the right mutation and have it land on the stat stack.

Yes. Assuming you are on ASA, the baby pulled the mutation stat from the mother (which is 0) and then got the health mutation again which is why the counter increased. You need the baby to pull the mutation stat from the father.

Remember that mutation counter is not the same as effective mutations.

I'm trying to tame Karkinos on Aberration (ASA). But I am having a very difficult time trying to get there attention. I've tried shooting them with guns, throwing plant z fruits on them, hitting them with my fists, and eating Rare Flower. But they loose there interest in me in just a few seconds and run of chasing some fish 300 meters away instead. I'm on foot wearing flak armor in the green zone river and trying to lead them in to a trap. I've tried clearing the area completely from other spawns, but it's difficult to find all the small fishes in the dark.
I also tried chasing them with a Paracer with platform saddle with a catapult on, but got the same result. They just flee from me. I get a feeling they are afraid of me.
Do anyone have any additional things I could try to get them to focus on me for more the 3 seconds?

I don't have Lost Colony so don't know about that skin. But BTT skins you can rotate by holding E and select "Skin Settings". But som other skins don't have a rotate option, then you need to rotate the structure by picking it up and aligning it in a different way. Can be very annoying.

Ongoing bugs for ~2 months: after map transfer, structures don’t load on spawn (player is exposed and must relog), bed spawns can take 10–15+ minutes with a heavy (not capped) inventory, and text input keeps refreshing (keyboard closes/reopens), deleting what’s being typed — all of this makes gameplay very frustrating..
