Hi.... build my main base on island near to a metal pillar...(Tribe Hated) after a couple of days it has 2-4 days decay left.
It blocks my base building. Im watching it for month now and im quite sure its not somebody of the tribe looging in.
Every time the server restarts its from 2-4 days decay left again up to 16 days. Any chance to handle this? (Finding a guild member? Support? Hoping to have the server running for more then 16 days, which i doubt..)

Officials - Having an issue where when I go after a Jerboa Elf it literally just poofs. Disappears. Never makes it to the ground. Killed dozens of them last night and only got a few coals/mistletoes because of it. Think I only got to kill 2 of them out of 20+

You can turn it off in the settings. It will still show the ones you download and the official ones like Frontier and Steam Punk. It's one of the stupid double negative ones. It's under the advanced tab "Disable Cosmetics Dynamic Downloading." It needs to be set to on to disable them.

If you playing on an official server then placing a bed on a platform is the same as placing it anywhere else. The issue you may have is that you have too many parts on the platform already or that you might need to putdown ceilings or foundations first

Why is it, dinos never spawn no matter what on my mate's world, non-dedicated or not, even on single player he's done numerous dino wipes and it breaks every time. Certain creatures are just not spawning, we're both on Xbox and our island world is nothing but carnos, brontos, trikes, and argentavis. The water is emptier than ever, with only a few megalodons appearing every hour or two, does anyone know a proper fix to this instead of just dino wipes after dino wipes?

Me and my mate are trying to find any type of anky right now, none are respawning. Like absolutely none, we've searched everywhere, even the most populated spots for dinos are so empty and outright lonely. It gets weird after a while until you realize other people deal with this to. I don't know if wildcard will fix this any time soon. I suppose its just a matter of waiting and checking now.

Question: I'm playing/running a two server Nitrado cluster to work through the story maps. Just cleared Scorched Earth and ready to move to Aberration...if I swap the map of the server that was hosting Scorched Earth, will that delete all the map info(structures/tames/etc)? why dont wild ossidons heal off corpses, they pick fights with literally everything and always get hurt to high hell on top of the dmg from shooting tranqs, it makes getting good ones basically impossible especially sicne a tiny lip/ledge or a study tree can throw you off

Crashing at terminals/Obelisks/related interfaces STILL not fixed. And neither are City teleport crashes.

Can't upload or download characters or tames, can't transfer between maps, can't craft certain items, and can't do any bosses. Literally cannot progress due to a massive game breaking issue.

I need to pick your brain on troubleshooting this dino issue.
my veilwyn was ready to evolve, so i transferred it to lost colony from valg. I just uploaded the veilwyn since I didn't have a cryo on me. he was my companion at the time, so it shouldn't have let me do it.
but it did
now we are both over on lost colony, but it is showing it is someone's companion, but not mine
(if it's my companion, the companion words are yellow instead of grey)
I can't cryo it since it isn't my companion
I can't re-upload it back to valguero since it has a 12 hour cooldown. can you think of anything else I can do?

so basically, please remember to turn off companion mode on your veilwyn before moving servers, or turn off companion and cryo it to be safe. but now that I learned this the hard way, I am trying to figure out how I don't have to wait 12 hours to move it over

Its not permanent. You said he's on a laptop now? Has he verified his steam files? And, is the game downloaded to the laptops harddrive and not an external one? Only ask that because I had a member who had a lot of issues and turned out they had their game on an external harddrive.

Nitrado, the owner said he went in and disabled cross ark and renabled it and reclustered the servers, but it didn't fix it for 1 guy on our server (my tribemate hasn't logged back in to check but its the refreshing ark inventory glitch for the other guy too, who confirmed it wasnt fixed)

Just started that map and my settings for the first two seem basically unplayable - tons of super stutter even when turning in place. If so, what setting are best to turn down? metal shield, sword, and points in melee. If you get them to attack you in the city, you can crouch and go under the edge/between the cauldrons and wall. you will still get hit sometimes, but less than if you are failing to dodge.

3 hit combo is easy, just sidestep and swing. you can usually avoid 2 of the 3 hits. the 1 wind up hit is easy to dodge

barbed blades is crazy good for the bleed

take med brews and a backup set of armor

veilwyn pack does reduced damage, but still a fair amount, plus the frost to slow it is crazy nice.

Lastly, when they take off to fly around, if you can get under their feet as soon as they take off, sometimes they will bug out and just hover and let you kill them for free

Hey guys need some help here cause got a notes problem.

The notes from milestones refuse to show up in my inventory, I also can't collect notes off of my mount and the skins and notes gotten from outposts aren't showing up.

I think these issues are related (we play on a nitrado server) but we don't know how to fix them... Any help would be appreciated.

Side not we got the outposts working just not getting notes and cosmetics for their completion.

I am going to seek help through here since Nitrado's support is being utterly useless:

Why is my Lost Colony server not showing up on my server list? I've refreshed countless times, restarted my computer, restarted my server, restored backups, removed all of my mods, changed the server name, and nothing has helped. No, my server is not in a restart loop. No, the version number isn't above my ram either.

Is anyone else experiencing no enemies/npcs/thralls at all in the city? We changed the outpost setting on our unofficial server yesterday, but am unsure why that would mean an empty city. When using the gene scanner, searching for thralls, there's none.

im on singleplayer and a outpost "gladiator's keep" has 3 enemies that apperantly all spawned inside of eachother and are invincible to any damage. Is there a command i can do to finish the outpost and get the loot (Kill doesnt work on the enemies either)

Tbh so far LC has been minimal issues for me, and I have experienced every messy release ever done on ark. This has surprised me but I bet its not that way for everyone depending on platform and setup it can be smooth for some or completely broken for others

it seems like we just have to wait for wildcard to fix the issue. it takes wildcard a long time to fix any issue. they seem to make paid dlc like lightning but fixes are SLOOOOOW
