Looks like the "Bonded Taming" skill doesn't work properly half the time. It worked on the bird I tamed. I got an imprint bonus when it tamed but when I tamed an Equs I didn't get an imprint bonus.

Wondering if anyone can help: my PC crashes any time I go near a volcanic biome in any way. I cannot load The Island at all, I can't go near the volcano island on Astraeos, and I can't go near the lava on Ragnarok. It ctds with "low level fatal error"/"Shader compilation errors are Fatal."

I have a 4070 and run everything on epic typically with no issues and about 75 FPS.

I've tried:

• Turning off all mods
• Verifying files
• Adjusting settings, including turning everything all the way down, turning off clouds/fog, switching to windowed/fullscreen/etc.
• Updated drivers & cleared driver cache

Someone else with similar issues did a full reinstall and that didn't help either. The only thing I can figure is a lava-specific effect or creature, but my tamed pyromane on Extinction had no issues--idk about wild ones.

Okay, update to this: I've all but confirmed that it's lava doing it, either textures or shaders. I can play around in the Rag caldera as long as it's gray but the second I type ce StartVolcano and the lava textures show up, I instantly crash.

Does anyone have a clue how I can go about finding/replacing those specific files? I suspect they are corrupt and I'd rather not reinstall all of Ark + dlcs!

Finally got time to get on. I joined a rag server on my series x and the game crashed; now I'm getting "no sessions found" under a Rag/PvP filter for Official and Unofficial. It shows servers for every other map when filtered. I've restarted the game and the Xbox... neither has fixed it. I don't have any other boxes checked by accident either. At a loss here.

I see it says that the Tek Replicator can be make at a fabricator, but i'm not finding the folder for it. guys after the 5.5 update creatures and textures are the low LOD version of themselves. when i do the command r.TextureStreaming 0 it fixes it but the lag is unbearable. When I change textures to medium instead of epic or high it fixes the low poly models but the textures are definitely not medium and more akin to low. How do i fix this? I have a 3070 Ti that has only 8gb of VRAM but this didnt happen before the 5.5 update except for maybe extinction I think.

Half a dozen peeps having the same issue on our server. The only way they can play is to keep updating from the mod menu and even then they have to try load in 20 times before it works. Once in they crash after 5 mins. Wildcard need to focus on fixing one thing at a time before releasing more stuff that's just going to make it break more.

• You have a character on map A (random), you transfer to map B (Ragna), and 5 minutes later the server crashes.
• A 15mins rollback occurs. You're on map B, but with the rollback, it's as if you'd never been there.
• At this point, you reconnect to the server you were on (B), and your character is in the "downloads" section.
• You download it and lose your entire inventory. Nothing unusual, you might say.

The problem is that since the update, your character has been completely destroyed.

• It no longer exists on the starting map (A), no longer exists on the destination map (B), and no longer exists in the "downloads" section.

The inventory is lost, but so is the character and all of their progress!

Yes, go to your Mods List on the main menu, Installed Mods, and then click to Uninstall All Mods, then reconnect to the server. It redownloads all the mods again and your inventory bug will be fixed.

Hello Survivors. I finally managed to beat my very first island boss and learned my first tek engrams. I see it says that the Tek Replicator can be make at a fabricator, but i'm not finding the folder for it. I see the engram lit up and the image, name, and description is clearly visable, but I see a big red 0 as well. Am I missing something?

It's not actually craftable in the Fabricator, you can craft it in an obelisk or a supply drop (I recommend the obelisk, since the supply drops can despawn)

No. I was in err on the comfy temp, but it didn't matter when I raised it. Still wouldn't hatch. I picked up the incubator and when I picked them up and tossed out my inventory, they hatched right away. Don't have any issues with the other wyvern eggs. I think it's a bug.
