Anyone else having issues with the PS5 Console Command UI? I noticed that GFI commands no longer work.
I am I got admin access on my unofficial nitrado server but for some reason i do
cheat gfi meat 100 0 0 and it does nothing.
I try other items like gasoline, element, simple stuff and yet nothing is happening. but i can do sdf commands and fly and walk....

I also notice the PS5 Console Command UI sometimes adds an extra space which messes up anything that is saved in the history that is sensitive to that, so enablecheats password has an extra space that makes you have to retype the entire command for it to work, editing the "typo'd" entry does not work as that space is still kept for some reason.

I have a player in my server where anytime the map restarts their dedi boxes stop working. Cannot craft, pull or deposit any items until the box is picked up and placed back down. 1- Write down best stat from each parent(this will help keep track) best hp, best melee ect
2- Breed about 10 females and 1 male with all of the max stats(this will be your clean breeding group)
3- Breed until you get extra levels(this is a mutation)
4- Once you pick a mutation to work on grow that baby (male works best)
5- Rinse and repeat this process swapping out the male that is clean for the mutated one, stacking the mutation until you get the points you need

If you would like me to go more in depth please feel free to message me, hope this makes sense

Max stat = Best stats from both parents bred into a baby
Clean = Non mutated

Perhaps someone can advise me: I can get on to some of my friend's maps, but I can't get past the character creation screen on their Extinction server. I can make the character, choose where I'd like to spawn, but after the two cut scenes from Helena and BTT it black screens and "times out". Just wanted to say thanks again to the guy that helped me with my ark descended crashing issue a while back
I figured out that it probably wasn't descended it was actually Super Structures ascended that was causing the issue so that's fun but either way I'm going to start another descended play through
So i just want to let people know if you're using super structures ascended while using a overhaul mod on ps5 maybe Xbox
Maybe turn it off then see if it fixes your issue

Kind of a wall of text, but

The problem that I've had when taming is that i've been successful once(twice, kind of) when I dropped 10 stacks of stone foundations(in stacks of 10) in front of two female gacha that were right on top of each other, lvl 5 and lvl 10. they both sat down and seemingly without issue ate the foundations and started to tame.
I returned to base, came back with more structures and the following 10 gacha that I tried to tame(i cleared the area I was in 3 times, so most of them were fresh spawn, meaning no one else tried to tame)would not eat. I would drop 10 stone foundations in front of their face and they would shake their head and make an animation with their arm, then walk away.
i'm fairly sure there was nothing near, at least predator wise because I didnt want to get attacked while taming or hae the gacha be attacked. The most that might have been near was a parasaur or other non aggro dino
The two that I tamed were female, so in theory they should have been 'sad' as when they are tamed, and that is the reason some are saying the others failed. They were sad. But the first two seemed to tame fine even with the similar gender near. I tried to drop snow pellets in their face to make them happy, as someone else said you can do to 'reset' their sadness, but they didnt act interested.

follow up question about breeding them, if you dont mind. I know how it worked in ase for them. Dont feed them, out of range of trough, not even dinos that can poop near, dont leave render and if left in range of trough they will clean it out in minutes/seconds. I claimed a baby gacha and saw that their food seems to work somewhat the same. it restores by itself, but ive seen a few ppl say that their eating is fixed from troughs in asa and they wont empty a trough, so trough feeding is viable. Do you know if its changed?

i found without snow owl pellets, they only sometimes produce a crystal, with, it's each time they sit down

so you need like 5-6 snow owls per gacha to keep up if you feed them constantly

download the mod in the mod menu first, and then you go into an official server or server that has club ark join a normal one in cluster, then press the escape menu where shows, resume settings etc. button for club ark, select server transfer (your char will still be in the server you were on sleeping) you do thing on club ark, and then transfer back to your server it wont merge the accounts as club ark account works different than the normal cluster

After this micro freezes I went back to the "working" 4070 (didn't change ANYTHING else) and it kept freezing.

Yes. Tried like 10 drivers. DDU of course. Went back to one of the very first ones in February 2024 after the release of my currently built in GPU and went forward to the very actual ones. Same issue on every driver.

On ASE you have to loot the brood mother corpse or sometimes one of your tames harvests the loot. So check your tames inventory if you are on ASE.

first, stop using all the command garbage. forcing directX 11 for example reduces fps by about 3-4x. then, what GPU model do you have?

if your PC actually has 4GB total RAM, it is probably 15-20 years old, or a chromebook. nothing you can do to it is going to make it able to run 3D videogames from this century. if you mean that is your GPU VRAM, then you just need a modern GPU, but the rest of the components are probably equally outdated

that really depends on what level of performance (resolution, framerate, game quality) you want and other software requirements, your budget, and your other components. for ASA, adding another 16GB RAM of identical speed and latency timings would also be a big help. and it needs a decent SSD for storage, not a hard drive, if you dont have sufficient space already. what motherboard, case, and power supply unit models do you have? and pm me if you want to talk PC shop, prevents cluttering it up here

right now? if you are in the US, you basically cant buy a GPU for that price right now, they dont exist. if you have a 1080p display, than an Intel Arc B580 is your best-value choice below 400$ (assuming you can even find one in stock). this is sort of between gens right now, but it looks like there wont be a next gen if stuff is not being imported. if you are not in the US, then prices can vary a good deal between different models, but a B580, RTX 5060Ti, or upcoming RX 9600 would be a baseline to run the game decently at 1080p

a used RX 6800, RX 7700 XT, RTX 4070, or similar card with more than 8GB VRAM is also not a bad idea

your power supply wattage is also a big factor, and your case size. you may not be able to physically use a high-end card

I got stuck in the mesh of an iceberg on The Island and died freezing. When I got back to my body, everything in my folders vanished, but not the items in my inventory. Is there an explanation for how that happened and is there a way to get my items back? Also, for some reason, the area I died in was accessible, but once you enter that area inside the iceberg, there’s no way out. This iceberg is at around 15, 6,5.

Also, I tried seeing if that folder issue happened while I’m not meshed, so when I died and came back, my whole body was inaccessible, so now all my items are gone. Any reason for this as well?

probably tripped antimesh. not sure what you mean by the folders, though.. items are not really "in" a folder in a technical sense, it is just a tag for inventory sorting. whole inventory is one "container"

Hello im playing ARK Surviavl Evolved modded with my friend, we have the following mods: Primal fear, Primal fear boss expansion and awesome spyglass. My mods load ok, but my friends dont. Depends on your settings I think. Personally I have XP higher for killing dinos so i go on a killing spree. I would suggest going through the settings and tweaking some XP multipliers if you want. Other then that I dont know any fast ways. (this is if your on singleplayer on your own world.)

that is why, most likely. most mobile/LTE networks do something called CGNAT that makes peer to peer/co-op games nonfunctional, or otherwise break it or make it highly unreliable. also often just garbage connection stability as well due to it being wireless
