i'm getting the graphic issue too, it's not framerate, but rather, it's like, when I'm moving the camera it tears the screen, like there are stripes with a different cameras location(image) usually timewise slightly offset from where i turned the camera to. It's really nauseating

it's btw. a very similar issue that was present at the start of ASA when trying to use DLSS, only that now it seems to also happen within the menus...it's not present when i turn DLSS off though a flickering remains within UI elements.

males spawn with babies too, if you don't see a nest nearby it likely is within a mesh or it's somewhere above (they sometimes fall down from bridges and cliffs) which makes it untamable even if you were to find the nest somehow...also it being far away from a nest usually despawns their babies

Hey, I could need some advice.
since the last two asa updates I had really bad issues on my ps5 in singleplayer/non dedicated.
Game crashing immeditley at dashboard, crashing in inventory, crashing everywhere every 5-10 minutes. Im not joking, its really that bad.
Im playing with mods but the weird this is it seems it wasnt a particular mod bcs sometimes it works with a particular mod and then again not + checked all mods, nobody has any problems with them.
So now I delted all my saves again and reinstalling the game , reistalling mods etc.
after I delted the game, I turned off my ps5 and took it off from all power sources..then turned on and started installing.
Is it correct or do I have to do somethin else??
Bcs the last time I only delted game and saves and immeditley dowloaded again without even restarting console and it was same issue with crashes immeditley.
I just want to play the game 😦

Hi all, hosting cluster (ive done this about a year ago and no issues). Basically, running through steam CMD- currently scorched and Island, i can transfer between the two. However when i look into the saved folder of the server where the data and ini files are kept, the 'config folder seems scorched specific' I either want all maps sharing one INI or All on seperate ini either will do, so long as i can alter the settings. (never had this issue previously so not sure whats changed since ive been absent, before all my maps (3 of them) shared an INI as soon as i specified in the bat file it was a cluster.

i'm so sick of this. My ally mate could not join for longer time cuz everytime she had time to do PS5 wasnt working. Her whole Base decayed, all dinos lost. So I caught her on discord, telling her vaults are still there. Kept an eye on, someone already threw ONE WEEK BEFORE they decayed foundations next to it. Obviously that sucker read in global that I named her and the problems she has because he (next to 2 other bases he did that as well which I saw yesterday evening) threw a zeppelin and more structures above her vaults to make it impossible to reach them when decay timer goes down.
Finally he even flew with his zeppelin over my dread and landed on me, got me stuck several minutes to robb ANOTHER of her vaults which he got blocked with structures

you have a level cap. if you do other things such as collecting explorer notes or levelling chibis by killing alphas you can rise the capped levels for your chara. which means after unlocking it you still need to gain the exp to rise the level

Ahh okay, so this is a reoccuring issue likely tied to the nvidia drivers. Thats somewhat reassuring (albiet devastating for me haha).

Unfortunately I was after a 4080, but scalpers in my country made it cost 2x as much as the 5080. So I didn't really have much choice! I was really quite set on a 4080 too as I'm not really someone after the top of the top.

i still recommend rigorously stress testing it, like any new hardware. could be damaged/faulty, or not quite perfectly compatible with your system. all common problems with upgrades

I have run it through a few benchmarks already putting it to the test and it all is coming back alright, which is why I was worried it was an ARK ASE issue. Which sounds like its a ASE-Nvidia driver issue from what you've explained.

But the issues is that I've literally no idea how to turn off the AMD frame gen and turn on the NVIDIA solution. DLSS Frame Gen is still in the game, from what I see, it's just turned off, but I don't have enough experience with UE5 to figure it out

Oh and a note for everyone who owns a newer NVIDIA card (40 series and up). Override the game's DLSS using the NVIDIA app and select preset J. Makes the game look MUCH better with DLSS on, even on performance

You need to complete at least 7 rounds on a purple...technically you can stop it early if there are 5 dinos left but you will get less loot. Makes sense just to kill the 5 remains then stop it as fast as possible if needed

You can go as high as you want for more loot, but keep in mind the drop may despair as it is dispensing loot if you go to high. That's why I never go passed round 50 tbh

You will need to uninstall and reinstall for club ark and re-download the mod. Should work

You are on xbox, so you need to hold the 2 square icon and bring up one of the chat choices. It will disappear and that's just console but you can still bring it up

I know a few years back I had issues when I had the steam version and then had the epic version, I'll try to remember how I fixed it in the end. In the mean time have you checked in your epic folder to make sure there are no remaining Ark files from epic also just to be sure try running the steam verion in compatibility mode
