Yeah they don't eat as often when not in render so they will die , you have to stay in render a bit longer I always wait until 6 or 7 percent depending on what I'm raising

but i been picky with mods but now i have a problem
when i try to uninstall the mods they do poof- but when i try to install ANY mod it says my storage is full and i need to uninstall any old mods even so i have or at least it says i have no mods installed....

My singleplayer game is bugged and I've got no idea how to fix it. Dinos are hardly spawning, some really important dinos aren't spawning at all, like kairuku. I've done several dino wipes, flown around the map, barely anything is spawning. I even checked the spawn rate in settings, it was at 1 and I put it to 1.1 a moment ago, still no change

ok im stumped, i've been trying to actively fix this issue for the last 3 days and nothing im doing seems to be working
basically I can't join a friends private extinction server, I can join the isle, scorched etc but extinction is a no go. I basically get 0 ping and eventually timed out with the classic "timedout/lost connection to host". sometimes it'll load up to a black screen with the city barely flickering away, sometimes i loaded in to an empty world, get timed out at the spawn screen or server just doesn't connect at all. After a while im beginning to believe the map just stops trying to load upon joining. Whats more annoying is i did manage to play once and while playing there was no issues with performance or any lag.
so far I'm the only member of like 5 people playing that is having this big of an issue

• Uninstalling the game and reinstall (once normal, once completely nuking every ark asa file on my pc)
• Transferring from the center to ext
• setting all graphics to low
• all 4 connection types in the options

These yellow drops are dumb on Extinction. Just lost an imprinted 15khp 600 melee Rex cause a million of them spawn right on top of you and you get stuck and can't kill them fast enough.

What is the best way to get a quality stego saddle on Extinction? I was looking at the loot tables and it seems the only OSDs they appear in are the blue ones, but I'm uncertain whether saddles from there will be of any exceptional quality. SE actually has been terrible for us since it was added to our cluster a couple days ago. completely washed out as if our gamma had just been sent through the roof. It's not our personal cluster and others that play, not on xbox, are not having this issue. Could be a mod issue. not sure yet

Used to get that glitch in ase sometimes. We never really managed to fix it but spamming jump could sometimes get it to move again but it usually couldn't attack anymore. We'd have to just retame him when it was next available.

I unlocked some cosmetics on our custom Club ARK server and I can select them in the wardrobe there, but they aren't in the cosmetic tab on our The Island server. Everything else in terms of transferation works and I did unlock the shark outfit from the summer outfit (it is available on my The Island character).

I killed several titans and cannot use the engrams they gave. I tried cheating myself all tek engrams and still cannot use tek. If you look at the parents' stats with tek binoculars and they say 32/0/0 and 20/0/0 I know that Robust would make 32 more likely to be inherited, but if the parents are 32/2/0 and 32/0/0 would Robust make the offspring more likely to inherit that /2/ over the /0/ or is that part untouched?

I had expected them to be tameable on Extinction. They have a massive effect on element veins, as mentioned, but also you can tame cave creatures on some maps so long as the cave doesn't have boosted levels. You can tame bugs from the Island central cave, but not from the Island swamp cave for instance. And Extinction mantises don't have boosted levels

I load up Ark Extinction, watch the cutscenes, im infinitely waking up until the game crashes. I load back in 3 times, all 3 of the times my game crashes and then it crashes my task manager so I cant force close it so I have to turn off my computer. Yeah, just ran some more tests myself. Indeed, train carts do not seem to be considered by the modifier (neither vanilla, nor from the Better Trains mod), and max number of structures is 200, which you can hit pretty quickly when trying to make fancy, detailed builds. Thanks for checking though!

not really weird, ark is e/a game an buggy asf, certain conditions an hardware cause crashes.
try veriy files, try on lowest settings possible, try load extinction in s/p first ... all sorts weird thimngs to try

Does anybody know how to fix the game freezing anytime I close a inventory? Me, dino, vault, anything, doesnt matter, it always happens. Freeze 5 sec. then rubberband in place for another 3, then game works again.

I set everything to low and turned off all effects and such I could in settings. I reinstalled the game, deleted all mods, tried all different maps and new characters (happens official, single player, everywhere). Only started happening with the halloween updates, before I played fine.

I stopped playing for months cause it's just not bearable, can't do anything without huge freeze delays. Was hoping it would fix itself with updates, but no - still persists 💩

i can either play to the point 10.000 dinos have loaded then dino wipe, when i dont do it and leave the game or get a crash the game is unable to laod said safe file.
