So I fixed it. Just thought I'd reply so others could see. My cosmetics from the Jane notes were duplicating and couldn't be dropped which essentially black bagged my inventory without displaying that. Probably because of the mod where you keep inventory on death. Had to turn off default survivor inventory and swap servers. But I assume disabling the mod would've worked as well.

you have to place the structures then place the cosmetics on them.

most custom cosmetics go to the left onto the placeholder (or an empty spot on the left) some will end up in item cosmetics for some reason. a few will go to the hotbar.

if you keep getting different errors randomly, that strongly suggests hardware level corruption

or if you get memory allocation errors showing absurdly massive amounts of memory

depends on what loot you want. they give some good longnecks, crossbows and pump shotguns but i dont think theyre close to the loot from drops you'd usually get.

Hi guys, please I really need some help from some asa experts here.
Im playing on PS5 Singleplayer.
I had two charcters on two diffrent maps and since yesterday the game is crashing on both when opening or closing inventory but when I start a new save on new map everything is ok.
So are the saves corrupted? and if so what to do to prevent this?
I had more then 300h on one of these saves now I dont even know if I should even restart the game.
I had so many issues since extin. but I was able to fix it somehow but now it seems Im screwed.
Is there any way to prevent save corruption or what else could that be.

i had this issue, i bought more ram and put textures on high and it fixed them for me, it was the wolves that looked like 8bit monsters, if you have at least 32GB of ram, try playing around with the texture setting, i've also read it could be an ssd thing

Lots of corrupted dinos listed there, also I feel like pteranodons are overspawning relative to argies so I try to shoot them out of the sky when I see bad level ones. Not sure if also being a flying creatures makes any difference there. There's also a ring around the snow globe where they share spawns with the snow creatures that spawn outside it

Only way I got a bit of sap was with a hatchet, heard a chainsaw can also help, but I did not have any luck with dinos

Get a male and female dino of the same species. e.g. Bronto Male, and Bronto Female. In radial menu, click Behavior, find the hearts icon, should say enable mating. It will get 2 tiny red hearts over it and female enters an egg laying process. Once timer is up, it lays an egg. Next step, incubate the egg (its like a mini game and if its not in ideal parameters loses health fairly quickly. Once Incubation timer of egg is complete, it hatches. Quickly and with the correct food (e.g. Bronto eat berries), imprint the baby, access its inventory, and put as much feed on it as possible. Once it hits Juvenile, it will eat from trough. For imprinting, the baby will want care, give it what it wants.

I am on Xbox and I am playing with 3 of my friends on a non-dedicated session that I am hosting. We are trying to defeat the Alpha Manticore but my friends games will crash randomly in the bossfight and I have to manually crash the game to go back to the last save. i believe i've figured out y my singleplayer save keeps crashing when loading, i think its because of the amount of creatures in the map, if i remember before that issue happened on the center, aberration, and extinction, the amount of creatures was i think around 17,000 dinos, definitely more than 10,000 dinos, then my game would crash when loading it in, but the island and scorched earth have been fine ever since was because currently the creature count on scorched earth is around 3,000 and the island is around 7,000, so i think the game can't handle that many creatures in it

I caught the issue, I bred a wild female into the line in order to improve some stats. What I did not notice, the line was contaminated. I have movement speed disabled on ASA, but assuming they can still get muts into that stat? None of the other stats are raised but they are all several mutations past what they should be

that is not a single, specific issue. if you cant tell the difference between different errors, then yeah, nobody can fix it or tell you what to try

crashes do get fixed constantly, bug reports exist for a reason. you just have to make a real, useful report

actually, yes, all blueprint level scripts have automatic error handling and cannot generate exceptions that are visible to native (C++) code. they dont even have internal exceptions and typically generate default values and continue execution in case of errors. makes debugging mods a huge pain

Yep. You need to manually delete the mods folder in your game directory files. Vertify integrity of game files via steam after to redownload/install the mods. Completely fixed the issue for me. The issue might return (it hasn't for me yet) and just repeat the processs
