Anybody know how to fix a tek glove glitch? When I use it it only punches in place and doesn’t move me at all. One thing you can do which is kinda cheating but also kinda not is spawn in a super high level tamed yuti and just leave it hidden in a part of the map that isn’t going to effect your game play. Actually having one on the server will massively increase the chances of a wild one spawning naturally

It's a lvl 130 reaper queen that my character got impregnated by and I got 72 more lvls just from killing alpha crabs and other reaper queens. I have like 30 minutes before it's rips out of my chest

I built a water pen with the floor being ceilings and supported with pillars. After being finished with the water pen I decided to put a hanging building over it. A placed a beam accross the pen using walls and ceilings. I placed the first hook for the building about 4 ceilings away from the outer wall and placed the second 5 ceilings away from the first more towards the center of water pen. Let’s find out. One Tree Sap Tap takes 1 Minute and 20 seconds to give one sap. The max it can take is 30 sap per tap. Convert the minute into seconds and that gives you 80 seconds. Now 80 seconds times 30 equals 2400 seconds which brings us to dividing by 60 which is…40 minutes for all of the taps to be full assuming you did them all at the same time so give it about 50 minutes to an hour

Yeah Chainsaw is broken.
All of my dino saddles disappeared off their backs. Including platform saddles...
I can't access most of my structure inventories, like smithies. So I can't craft anything.
Train cars cant be ridden, keep rubber banding off.
Trains also stop at junctions, only to teleport ahead when you try to manually stop and go again.
And the gunracks for the "Games, Glam, and Guns" cosmetic mod from WC is still broken after more than 6 months, gunracks dont show the weapons. Think they'll ever fix that?

ASA I notice that the dung beetles (they are in an enclosed room) collect poop continually, even though there are no dinos in the room. Do they have a huge radius and will they collect through walls?

I have a fence with a small base on the backend of the island and they constantly infiltrate a small portion that goes into the water (they swim over the spikes even though they are sticking up well above the waterline).

If I leave the dino gate open where I'm raising my Gigantoraptor, they walk in and just sit there forever.

I'm sure this is by design.

Okay guys I’m genuinely lost for words now. It’s day 4 of trying to get a yuti to spawn in without cheats. The dino tracker mod isn’t picking up a single one, hibernation is turned off, I’ve been on a mass killing spree with Rex’s killing everything in the snow biome giving them a chance to respawn yet still not a single one has spawned in. if you are on steam/PC xbox (or a server for any platform) I'd suggest using the ini setting instead of a mod.

120 isn't that great. That being said, I would check the RAM usage when hosting a NDS. I would assume it works as a peer to peer, but either way it will put additional strain on the host's computer. I would suggest either A. Renting a server, B. Playing on a ready-made server, C. Hosting a dedicated server on a separate machine.

If your computer is beefy, lets say you have 6+ core and 32GB RAM and the game installed on a decent SSD, you could run the server off the hardware you have now. That way the ping from your client to server would be virtually 0 and the friend can deal with the poor connection on his end.

Again, it's probably tied to the 120+ ping. You run the server and that problem will go away more than likely. The friend will still have lag.

So about those Dung Beetles on ASA. They are definitely slot capped, but they keep picking up poop (From where I'm not sure). I grabbed two in S Central Cave and they've made 30+ fertilizer in the past hour? They have like 100 poops in each.

they definitely dont magically jump to your client and override the game config, which just sets those scalability values internally

I have an issue on Playstation 5 and was told by an admin in general chat to come ask in here.

I built a large structure on The Island. Well, it's not really "large" by Ark standards. I've seem some massive structures on Youtube. It's decent-sized.

It's two story with four external elevator shafts on the four corners. The whole structure is metal. I've used the bob's tall tales window cosmetic to make windows. What's happening is that every time I log out, a large chunk of the building (walls, ceiling, and elevator pieces) is missing. Seems like it's mostly the elevator shafts and the ceiling of the first floor. I'm not using mods. I'm allowing time for the game to render. I've flown out of the area and come back into the area and they aren't loading in. I do have Bob's Tall Tales and the Fantasy Creature DLC's. Chunks of the building just vanish.

Anyone have an idea as to why or how to fix it?

I am looking for some help. For the past 3 to 4 weeks my Ark game has looked terrible the graphics are just awful its making it unplayable for me. My specs are r7 3700x 64gb ram and a 3070ti. My brontos or any herbivore always has full inventory with berries. If you have a top tame megatherium you can get tremendous amounts of berries but about ovis I tamed them on ase ragnarok but I never raised any

Do you have any tribe mates that might be changing troughs settings? Or have you been changing them for other friends outside the tribe to fill them? A conflict with a mod if you are using them might also be the cause of the issue

My setup is at least 2 throughs filled with meat for every 5 carnivores I left 1 karkinos that takes forever on 1x official and 4 megalosaurus. If it's herbivores it's usually 3 full throughs for 10

I never use any frog I get 2k cement paste ez every day on beaver dams. I rush cave using gas mask with top baryonyx dm me if you want more advice

If you use gas mask arthros won't damage it

I can run the entire solely using med brews but if you take a second tame kite it to the enemies but make sure it's top bred. You can also remove armor when fighting arthros and keep using meds then after kill it put armor again

I have told you several options. What I did before I had access to black pearls and all resources to craft the gas mask was using the full scuba suit. But as I said before you should use another dino to help you or remove all whenever you see the arthros (always taking 1 med brew every 8 seconds to avoid dying), but if you are using a baryonyx that isnt great you might not make it, I had a terrible time with a baryonyx that I tamed with kibble with 215 level, only when I got some top baryonyx everything changed

technically speaking, PC xbox and xbox is crossplay on non-dedi.
non-dedi just isn't viable due to the platforms having no connection which is the main way to join non-dedicated sessions.

And i know that like 6 months ago when i tried finding a solution the only thing to do was to rent a server but i was wondering if there is some sort of mod that fixes that?

No, there is not a mod to "fix" a set tether. Join an existing server or rent/host one.

tether exists to not unceremoniously crash the game any time people load too much of the map, on console and lower spec PCs
