the most scary thing there is a thorny dragon or a rex which your new pack of direwolves will demolish

Same thing happened last night. Let my wyvern get down to low food. Gave it one milk and this time one milk shot it's food all the way up to 3800! I'm guessing once your wyvern reaches each fold milestone of 1200 increments then 1 milk will fill its food up to that point 🤷

Everything I've found online says food only goes up by 1200 with 1 milk but that hasn't been the case for me and I'm on official.

pmed you a filter for compatible memory. also, as far as measuring bottlenecks, there is an easy trick. task manager is useless even when it is not outright lying

using something like hwinfo64, you have to look at your GPU load percentage and core clocks, if both are maxed out or very close, the GPU is fully utilized and is the performance bottleneck. if speed or load level is dropping randomly or well below max, something else is bottlenecking performance

total CPU load percent is meaningless, since games (and most software) cant evenly split themselves across multiple cores

you need much more advanced tools to figure out stuff like memory bandwidth bottlenecks, but in most cases the performance results expose them without needing to see the exact issue

Edit: We previously had 2-way merge, track, tack, track, 2-way split, adding two more sections of track in-between the merge and split fixed the issue for us. It looks like (at least in our case) the bug occurs when train is touching two splits or merges at once.

You'll need to make a new character. It's the only fix we found.
Your uplands and imprints will transfer to new player but you'll need to do redo your levels.
Apart from that you can sit and wait but doesn't seem to fix itself.

an rtx 2070 is below recommended spec a bit, but the 9600 is a lot worse, proportionately. sounds like it is not a severe bottleneck, which matches what i would expect from those parts. meaing you should probably try to upgrade both, but just replacing the CPU with a much faster, 12 or 16 thread, one will reduce stutter/lag a lot as well as higher framerate

everyone looks at average framerate, but they rarely measure how stable it is

This is 100% ridiculous! I purchased the Bob's DLC, but it only works like 20% of the time. I tried playing on official single player and it didn't work at all (yes steam says I own the DLC) then I tried playing on my friends private server and it worked the first time, but then when I logged out and logged back in an hour later all the engrams were locked again! Same thing today. I logged into my friends server and all the DLC engrams are locked and red as though I don't own the DLC.
