the fix is, go to your Saved folder, press delete. Uninstall the game and reinstall, when you log into the game make sure to admin kill all your dinos then it'll be fixed

I'm having trouble with the game stuttering extremely for the last couple of days. Usually I can play at 30-100 fps depending if I'm at my base or out in the wild but recently whenever the game loads something or I log out of the server I get 0 fps and takes literally minutes for me to exit the game without killing it in task manager. When this happens my frametimes is going up to and over 10000ms (10 seconds per single frame)

in singleplayer its not gonna be loaded unless you are in it. afaik hibernation doesn't exist anymore

Sometimes it’s really janky, if you haven’t tried yet try getting really in front of the Dino youre grabbing & try to get it picked up near mid tail of your flyer. You usually can’t grab if directly above it - it’s so weird.

So I can't find a specific server, it's the Tagbacktv server. I have it starred but if I search it specifically in my favorites or even under non-official it doesn't come up. Meanwhile if I search for any other server I play on it does come up. I've triple checked that I have the right boxes enabled and disabled I don't know what to do and am I afraid I am going to lose all my dinos and progress on that server.

I have tried restarting my game, I have tried re-installing, nothing seems to help.

It should take more than several in game days to respawn, thats just how long it takes. Remember that when you log off your SP world everything pauses. So on servers your respawn timers are always on and it kinda spoils us.

Only other thing I would recommend is trying -preventhibernation

I'm not a tech wizard, so won't explain this well, or likely correctly, but it's essentially memory that seems to get used in a similar way to RAM. As I understand it, the GPU can also end up using it and has been known to cause GPU crashing when set incorrectly, like having no page file. I believe the best way is to set it to let Windows control it. Only asking, when I know so little about it, as you seem fairly exhausted for options and it seems worth checking since it has been the cause of issues for other. Best to search how to check your Page File size and settings and make sure it's setup for Windows Control

They were originally expected to come with the SOTF update tomorrow, sadly the PTR descended into constant outrage, rejection and demands about the new Cryopods, so it's possible that they just didn't get the community support they needed to test and push them through. Fingers crossed we still get them in some form, but we just don't have any solid information about it right now.

So today my brother wanted to play on my single player ARK me. (Ps4) After loading the game and making sure everything was fine with my character I told my brother he could load in. The first button he hit was respawn, we were playing local co-op and this switched my screen to the bottom half of the TV. He continued to hit the respawn button (with never making a character) twice more until I stopped him. At which point I restarted the game to try to fix the screens flipping randomly.

Once loading the save back up my character was then put onto the respawn screen. I couldn't access my bed assuming it was broken I respawned in the region near my base. When I spawned in my level 89 character was gone and it was like I had first loaded on to the world.

After multiple restarts, messing with the co-op bug to try to fix it I gave up.

Any advice?

Hey guys, after my nitrado server does its daily restart my map progress and my note progress resets. All the notes are closed but I do not get the buff for opening them again. likely your save file for charachter got corrupted , find where game is installed go to , shootergame/saved/localprofiles/ and delete that playerlocaldata.arkprofile , be aware this will reset all your settings, graphics, prefences ,keybinds etc

likely your save file for charachter got corrupted , find where game is installed go to , shootergame/saved/localprofiles/ and delete that playerlocaldata.arkprofile , be aware this will reset all your settings, graphics, prefences ,keybinds etc

You can't fix this. The server's anti-mesh is teleporting things to 50x50. This was an original bug at the launch of ASE. Remove the bodies, structures, dinos ect periodically.
