I don't see how the map way points could affect performance. They're just a list of X/Y coordinates (and a few other attributes) and are stored locally on the client. Practically zero cost to maintain them.

I'm about to give up on wildcard and Ark at the moment. I tried sending in a ticket because I created new character with improved looks and features and name which I wanted. Unbeknowing to me that I will be kicked out of my tribe. I tried to get a hold of wildcard and all they told me is that what the are taking care of is COC violations because their servers are in their 'infancy stage'. And told me to contact them several months down the road. Which is not acceptable. Considering that every time that servers goes underneath 15 minutes of maintenance all the servers get reset. And my server being as full as it is my base will take forever to decay and there's nowhere else to put it.

So on ASE, originally you couldn't, then they did a TLC update where you could. This is from a video from after the TLC on ASE, I'm not sure if it will work currently on ASA, but worth a try. 1) Hold the 'window'/select button to bring up a radial menu 2) Select Toggle Chat Scroll.

It doesn't go on to say what you press then, but the box is highlighted yellow on the video, I presume you just use either the D Pad, or one of the sticks, perhaps even the bumpers/triggers. Does it get you to the point of having the chatbox highlighted?

If you see someone having a 1 sided conversation on the ingame chat, there is a good chance you have the same chat bug I have had since day 1.

I only see about half of the messages that get posted into the ingame chat, some peoples messages never come through, I don't see that they ppst a message, the chat box doesnt react to them at all. It is as if I have blocked half of the server.

I thought that the 1 sided conversations were people replying to local chwt using the global chat but I was watching my wife play yesterday and was watching her chat and mine while we were in our base and she was seeing full conversations with people that I didn't even know existed on the server we play and my screen had a blank chat box when I opened it, no names, no messages at all.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Caves are 6x damage on structures so anyone who builds there if you c4 their structures it does 6x damage, volcano is 10x same concept

I've heard of 6x, not sure about 10x but probably means the same thing. It's a damage multiplier for structures, the 6x damage usually applies in caves. I'm guessing 10x might be around 'rare resources', perhaps protecting crystal and obsidian spawns on the volcano

anyone know where I can get a good rex saddle bp? iv tried swamp cave but sitting outside the cave for like 30+ minutes waiting for respawns isnt exactly fun or quick and ice cave makes me crash a bunch so iv given it a miss. iv been hitting drops regularly since i started playing and have been fishing like crazy. but fishing hasnt got me one and my last rod is nearly broken with no real way to replace it because i havent seen a single alpha mosa/ squid (i spawned them in and fought them because iv swam laps around the island not seen a single one)

This is a list I put together based on a YT vid that opened 100 of each crate type, I've just included ones where he got a Rex saddle (Doesn't mean they can't spawn other places). If you can get a saddle, you can get a BP.

Underwater Cave Red: Bary, Basi, Daedon, Rex
Deep Sea (Low level): Mastercraft Rex

I would say the Underwater Caves would be your best bet for a high level one, if Ice cave is out.

I've heard that its triggered by them having agro on you. So if you log out rq or leave render and let them calm down they get it. But it seems random at best.

Is it for Single Player or a server? SP is a bit buggy, I think hibernation makes it go wonky, though you can seem to force respawn them by reloading in a cave, but it feels a bit cheaty to me. Not sure on servers but 30 mins sounds about right.

Honestly with the way loot scales im happier with the 70's. I just cant afford those asc ones and to be fair they're really overkill anyway for the bosses. I had to tone my loot quality back some because i just refused to pay 10k hide for a rex saddle, moreso with the diminishing returns of armor value.

Ouch, yeah, 10K per Rex, plus accounting for spares so you don't get stuck with low levels.

With SP yea it's a crapshoot, otherwise its roughly 30 min. If no one has been there in a while though drops are generally queued up so they'll respawn one round instantly soon as you leave the room. I lap around swamp cave twice each time I go on. Same way the artifact repops right away if it hasnt been looted in a while

Those Mosas hit hard at high levels, I had to split my two up when I fought them. Had to do a lot of healing getting to the artifact. I do find second creatures to be a liability which is why I either ride it or don't take it into caves.

This is a MAJOR version update (the part of the version number before the decimal). Both server and client always have to be on the same major version, no matter what the minor version (after the decimal) may be.

If you can't find servers on xbox make sure it didn't autocheck the Xbox only box. My wife and I couldn't find servers and we realized it was on xbox only and too it off and they were all there. Hers was locked to where you couldn't uncheck we just kept backing out to start screen and it finally allowed her to turn it iff

When you say rates are changing, is it modifying your gus.ini or is it just adding a multiplier?

Check your Nitrado server settings and see what your Baby section settings have.

I do know Nitrado updated the listing of settings you can change in the General area of your settings and not have to dig through the INI files anymore.

I am having trouble on PlayStation with a particular mod, it is the Dwarven building mod. And it keeps saying it's installing and gets to 100%, gets stuck upon the screen and won't allow us to join the server, but if I exit the game and come back on it tells me to install it once more. And it stays stuck on that screen forever. This is for an unofficial server. I downloaded it alright, but my sister's playstation is having a ton of trouble. I tried looking for answers on Google but I'm not finding any. Does anyone else have this issue..?
