Not sure. All I can say is the error your receiving is due to hang time while entering a server. Typical causes of this is slow internet, or downloading mods while entering. There's other causes. That's just the most common

First time trying to host an ark dedicated server, and I'm having an issue where any babies hatching from my dino's eggs have unharvestable bodies, when I kill them with any of my dinos the body falls through the map, and a lot of times I'm able to find their bodies in the ocean but I can't harvest them whatsoever, I can only harvest them if I kill them myself

Okay so I got a problem with my doedicurus not being able to harvest stone, even tho it should because I mean that is its whole point, its harvest settings are on, it literally harvests other materials but stone, and I made sure the rocks im hitting are grindable because my ankylo and my hatchet harvests them

Would this be the place to ask about setting up and maintaining a private Ark Server Cluster on a DellR710 and if assigning CPU Core's would be something I should consider instead of letting each map use all (10 cores) 20 threads across both physical CPUs?

I have all of the specifications of the server itself, I built it out.

Yes, I know it's old. Yes, I know it's a power hungry pos that should be considered to be recycled and e wasted, however, it is the hard ware that I have available and I find I can run up to 6 maps just fine with the 4 or 5 people that have access.

However, today for instance the VM that is running ASM shot up to 100.34% CPU usage with only 3 maps running and only 2 players on.

I have checked the logs and it shows Shootergame.exe using all of the CPU resources before I had to powercycle the Dell itself. the VM wouldn't shut down.

I am wondering if there is a way to prevent that from happening in the future.

And if by allowing each map / server access to only a specific number of cores would I see any performance loss and would there be perhaps a limit, instead of 2 cores, maybe X per map?

If this is not the correct place for the answers that I am seeking, perhaps one of you could point me in the correct direction?

When im logged off the day before i make sure i sleep in bed, all doors are locked up and as far as i know it is not possible to get killed offline execpt for drowning on offi pve servers. i had max level 150 dinos before uninstalling

I went to the gameusersettings.ini and added the line: OverrideOfficalDifficulty=5.0

still dinos are spawning in multiple of 4

I don't think a delphis' melee stat affects its saddle weapons. If the delphis saddle has its own DMG stat, then that would be more likely to affect saddle-based attacks

Is there any way to do any of the missions of Genesis 1 and Genesis 2 maps on Alpha Difficulty SOLO (in single-player)? All the people I see online say that it's impossible to do any of the alpha difficulty missions and even many beta difficulty missions SOLO. I saw many videos online but none of them work anymore, all of them are at least a year old or many months old, and all the glitches which used to work had been patched already!!
