Not unless you’re on a watercraft (canoe, raft, motorboat). You can scrape meat off of it and it won’t attack or take any damage, so if possible, try luring it into a trap for a infinite meat farm.

Pro Tip: Use parasaurs in the redwoods and swamp, that way you can see any kapros in the water, micros/troodons in the bushes, and thylas in the trees.
