I was stuck in a place in ark where I was continuously falling and I could not escape by jumping, My hunger was at full but I was just about to die from dehydration but it then started raining as I was at 1.7 hp. Now I have to wait an hour to die from starvation before I can respawn.

I remember long before I ever tamed a giga i watched a video on them and it said they do a bleed attack but ive tamed several now and notice no bleed, the video also said they have a fear roar but that isn't true either. Was it something the giga used to have but got removed or am i just dumb

If the aura is large and red, then they are alpha creatures. Basically bigger and have much higher stats than their normal counterparts. They also buff creatures around them. Very dangerous early game
If the aura is small and orange-ish, then they’re leader of the pack. This just means they’re the highest level in the pack of their species

Redwoods, on the map, is the island in the middle of the map that has rivers all around it.

if you spawn in the very first spawn location on the island and head due north you'll hit the Swamps (shudders)

past that, you'll see the Redwoods.

Crossbows for alpha strike damage/tranqs, Crossbow for grappling

I think it's West 1 and South 1. follow the river north

I believe you can bypass the swamp from the west if you head north from the red obelisk or go all the way around to the east

Not sure about mods but Doed will collect stone whilst you carry in in an Argy. Same as a Casti will collect wood. Doesn't work with Anky though for metal

@vernal cipher you get a boost of xp for each note and while your doing the note run you kill stuff and such its better to save them imo and wait until you have baby dinos bred up like spinos or gigas to massacure

Yes. Doed and Casti have auto gather. Pick them up in Argy and hover them next to rocks/trees and they will collect. You might have to have them on wander mode, so be careful when putting them down especially if you need to regen stamina for Argy
