I combined my stat mutations and I have 20/20 on each side so a total of 40 mutations. Following a Youtube video I have one male 20/20 each side and one female 20/20 each side and I've breed them together as they are my "perfect pair" and I want to breed more of them. However their babies are 40/20 each side adding up too 80 mutations and this just isn't right. So now I'm confused.

you have to complete several missions, how many u need to complete depends on stryder's lvl. After u got the missions you need mutagel, then you get close to it, initiate the hack and press a specific body-part (forward-left leg etc), then a minigame pops up that u need to line-up "blue boxes" on the red line

Manta are one of the favorite choices of tribes due to its ability to shatter ores with its tail, making it excellent for farming different resources from them. I got that from google.

If something looks even mildly threatening, stay away
Play passively, ensure you have a safe home to fall back to, and even if you do be prepared to abandon it should something big set its sights on you

The game doesn't warn you of this at all but multiple dinos that are even a threat in the end-game can spawn in the starting areas
