Not really actually easier IMO. Isolating one isn’t difficult, u don’t even need a trap mostly as they tower above small trees etc and have a giant hit box so taming them on foot is actually fairly easy. If u take care of the surroundings of course

That is super dependable on where you built your base. Every single spot is different and the use of stuff like Velos for example might be helpful but really depends on where u built, what ur base layout is etc etc etc
There is no easy way. Basic tip is use a fair share of tek turrets as well as heavies to make some soaking methods impossible
But in the end there is basically no unraidable base / spot with enough effort and time and maybe abusing glitches any spot is raidable, unless u got like perma 30+ ppl in the tribe online to defend it 24/7

Yea maybe/esp if you’re solo or smaller tribe. Also any base that is out in the open / on flat land is extra susceptible to soaking as attackers can literally just walk up any tame/soaker Dino with no effort and utilize whatever best soaker they got to raid your base

Yea ab is nice there are many so called rat holes or bases u can build high up on ledges/in the ceiling and hope for not getting found too quickly. Also maybe go look on YouTube for Aberration base spots, many YouTubers have showed some nice places for solos

And Dino B has 45 base stat no mutation
Can the baby get the better base stat from B and the mutation followed from A? I have a +20 dmg mutation on a dino with a weaker base stat.

No, a mutation isn't tracked at all. It's just like any other stat far as the game is concerned
