I went from a 3070 (on pretty low settings with lumen turned off) to a 5070ti. Night and day difference for ark. I've never had any stuttering on any of the maps, including lost colony, using the high preset.

Also make sure you've got Ark installed on an SSD and not an old hard drive.

The 5070ti is a fair bit better than the 5060ti, but the vram will really help a lot with the quality and stutters. you might not be able to run it on high like a 5070ti. But the price difference is fairly large.

I noticed that on my 3070 which had 8gb of vram, it was constantly maxing it out and that was when it would stutter. it was nearly unplayable at times.

feel like the quetz in it's tlc should be kind of a hostile creature at least hostile around corpses if it's flying around and spots a corpse it will fight for food even with a rex, give it a damage improvement and maybe a stab ability with it's beak able to impale or puncture, maybe whilst taming it in the air it will run but often swoop down for speed and try to reposition itself for a ariel fight

I think a taming method that is like a dog fight in the air would be pretty fun
