My main issues with Nitrado are the following:

• Customer service can take AGES to respond to you. For instance, earlier I was having an Issue with my server not showing up on my server list, and it took SIX HOURS (give or take) to respond to me. I "figured it out" on my own just through 2-3 hours of trial and error before they finally responded to the numerous support requests I sent throughout their discord.

• Server Ping (with like 10 mods I get 100-200 ping). It's a nit-pick, but the input lag in inventories and such can get very irritating.

• Very easy for the server to get unstable or get stuck in restart loops for no apparant reason. I've had to wait days sometimes just for customer support to reach back out to me regarding stuff like that.

• Finally, the pricing. For whatever reason, Nitrado cannot bring themselves to find out a way to make a server that has a lower limit than 20 max players per server, which makes a yearly subscription cost $300... It's a bit obsurd.

Many other reasons are definitely out there, but I don't wanna list all of them out for forever on Discord lol
