When servers are sunseted they give over a month notice. Generally its a sever witj very little population. Its done to provide more servers for more popular maps and they only have a certain allocation of servers. Temp servers for instance are generally only good a few months and then removed. At least on official. If it is unnofficial the server runner may have decided to not want to pay the cost of maintaining it any longer

Why push it back, it’s wildcard a lot of the bugs caused by 5.5 will vanish like nothing happened and rag release will bring new issues. Might as well get it over with instead pushing it back by 2 weeks then having the same issues pop back up.
