Has anyone experienced hitting a hotkey on your PC keyboard that transferred all inventory? Not normal T, one stack at a time, but something that transferred the entire inventory? As Kubes said 566.36 is your best option. A lot of the issues with the new nvidia drivers are games not being played on your main screen and the size of your swap file. I know sounds antiquated but it worked for me

Well I haven't the foggiest where it went. I flew a grid search up and down the mountain, and the one next to it, for good measure. (I know it wasn't in the snow when I saw it first). Best guess is it meshed into the mountain -- it had its head inside of it when I came across it earlier -- or it de-spawned. Seems unlikely that something killed a wild 145 giga.
Just the way my luck has gone lol. All the 'rare' creatures either don't seem to spawn at all, or will disappear after I see them.

Hey I have a few questions, if y'all will help me out a bit.

First, is it possible to wipe map data on Xbox? I've tried deleting my save data and uninstalling nothing has worked. I haven't played ark in a while and I wanted to start completely fresh map and all.

That brings me to my second question what Singleplayer settings would y'all recommend to make the game not a slot but not easy either. I just want a chill dino taming experience.

There are several things to consider but yes. Nekatus is a very good map maker and when it is at a higher completion state then it will be amazing. That's not to say the work done already isn't of high quality because even at the current state its a stunning map however it does crash a lot. The unique loot drops and multiple dlc creatures on the map are nice and the bosses are challenging (medusa is solid!) All things considered in its current state I would say 7/10 but it does have a long way to go

I loved ark dont get me wrong I got my friends to buy ascended after playing evolved for so long, but damn this a scam dawg like borderline unacceptable they were advertising aberrations relase with this monumental engine upgrade that will supposedly be a 75% increase to performance. Here we are almost a year later and what's been they're priority? Power ranger skins and premium mods. Feels like a slap in the face dawg. Wouldn't be so bad if they didnt use the engine upgrade a selling point for aberration. Then be off and on about it for the next year or so.

PSA: Armadoggo will just get deleted when patches drop making all the loot inside disappear. I had my whole wipe in that thing, rock golems, flak, flak bps,rockets, c4, ascendent compound bows/fabis, 50 point hp stego line, arthros, snow owls, and wyvrens all deleted by a patch. Nothing in logs or tame tracker. The saddle paired with ruck sack stored my loot safely when I logged off all week, they released a patch and it just deleted my armadoggo and everything inside of it. If it’s a Thyla that is dismounting you nothing you can really do but yes 400+ plus flak will at least keep you from possibly dying

Carry a sword or shotgun incase you get dismounted don't panic swap to weapon and kill or spot them first keep an eye on The big trees they cling to the trees! With 400 armour flak you will be able to kill them with out dying but you should likely have some med brews have your mount on natural and follow you they like to rip you off and drag you away while trying to eat ya face

Don't be afraid to increase your resource gathering rates within the settings, if you think something takes too long, you can always make it take less time

yeah but I mean that's kinda cheating

and the problem is the xp not the ressources

You can increase the XP you receive, I would recommend 2 or 3x

Ark is balanced around a group of 10 survivors for early-mid game and then 20 survivors late game for bosses. You can absolutely do the game solo at a lower difficulty, but the grind and time will remain the same

what really? ark shouldn't be played alone ? like it's not balanced for it?

Not by default, no. That's why you use sliders to change things to better fit your experience and how YOU want to play. There is no "right or wrong way" to play

I figured out dinos are really dumb so going far with them is pretty much hell

Rexes are ONE of the best combat dinos early game. I personally have 3 groups of 6 guarding each entrance to my base

Use that then! You can always press "C" to harvest a TON of fiber from bushes using the Theri
