I think the best spots on fjordur are in the realms except the cold biome. This way you can farm the mini bosses. On gen 2 if you plan to do the boss a good but dangerous place is close to boss terminal if you are on sp you can build close to the orb to have that place secured. Beware that gen 2 boss fight was terribly glitchy on console and you will have to complete all missions including crazy mission to save space whale and fight mini boss in space

When you are on main map press the wheel button then you can teleport to a realm if you didn't knew about this you will see another incredible map wit I think it's 3 biomes

Fjordur is a huge and incredible map you will need to fight 3 mini bosses and also 3 normal ark bosses before you have a chance to defeat and tame the wolf

The Steam Forge is a Element powered Forge introduced in Steampunk Ascent. It has a bigger inventory and crafts more metalingots from raw metal. Using this forge lets you craft 3 × Metal into 2 × Metal Ingot instead of the usal 2:1 carft in other forges.

So its not 1:1 but youd get 40k ingot instead of 30k for the same 60k raw metal vs a standard forge

Fortitude can be a great help indeed, but what I do is use ghillie armor, cactus broth, some canteens and I usually go out at night this way I don't have any issues.

there are three rules.
is it a flyer, instant no. (non-flyers don't count, like mana, gas bags, and sino)
was it added before aberration and doesn't exist on ab, another no. (bees being the only exception I believe)
was it added after aberration. usually a yes but some like the carchar aren't able to I believe the cerato can't either.

it being a water dino probably means it won't be able to but thats just upto wildcard.

There is quite a lot of water on Aberration in ASA. Fertile Lake is super huge. And the blue zone is cnidaria central. Really gets down to if Wildcard wants the Aberrant Archelon to exist in vanilla. Having the taming fixup sushi is super useful in Ab where tame ruining creatures are like half the dino population.

Gigantoraptor can give extra imprint bonus, 30%, to a baby dino that is imprinted only by you, the babys will eat from the giganto baskets wile you are mounted and doing the mini quests that the babys will tell you what to kill, once its max you get the imprint bonus, also if baby of yours or tribe mate is asking care to some thing you dont want to like giving jerky and such you can use the gigantoraptor roar to change different type of care, also gigantoraptor cn detect wild babys near by and you can claim them with gigantoraptor by using roar, aim and pressing E and the baby will get extra levels

you have the babys on the basket and go search and find the dinos that the babys wish you to kill with a red mark, once you kill the marking dino you wait for the baby to rest for couple of seconds and then it will detect next dino to kill, once that is done and you got 30% imprint you can take the baby off from the basket and procede normaly the raising of the baby leave next to a feeding, hand feed what ever you prefer

I have only seen the completed hunts give 30% imprint bonus, which is really only useful if you are on officials or a server with really bad baby raising settings. It doesn't get you 130%, just closer to a complete 100%. Then you 'bond' with the baby and any kills nearby the "parent" GR gets you credit to the bonus effect which does last outside the range of the GR

very generic GPU crash error, can be caused by a lot of things. could you previously play ark this patch, and what GPU + graphics driver version are you using? i would recommend verifying the game install and erasing the settings files, to make sure nothing is broken or misconfigured. if it still crashes, it may be an issue on your PC.

Yeah there is still cave loot. Be careful in the NW and SE caves there are killzones between you and some of the crates and the central cave is the easiest with no kill zones but instead 2 crate spawn spots that are impossible to get without "cheat ghost"

Cause if you on unmodified loot tables I recommend searching on Google ark wiki loot tables and it will pull up the page with every drop/loot source the chances and potential pools and quality that is then multiplied by your loot multiplier. Most times in ark the best loot sources are the best loot sources for just about everything so the odds of getting the specific thing you want is like a lottery.

Idk about Ark, but with games like Skyrim or Fallout 4 it's recommended that when deleting/adding mods that you make a new playthrough. I'd assume that if you're adding a creature you might be okay as long as your load order is set up correctly

But again, I'm going off my experience with Bethesda's games and their mod system.

Is there still going to be a performance update of sorts? Objects are having a heck of a time rendering in fully on Aberation. Even with the streamingpoolsize thing some objects have to re-render everytime i look away and look like janky N64 graphics
