i started on un-official, the server shut down after like 6 months. i tried official for a few weeks an was like hell no. so started my own servers lmao

I played official for like a month doing who knows what lol. it was 2015. then switched to singleplayer for mods, then switched to xbox because my PC sucked 😂

stayed on singleplayer until win10's release, was SOO nice switching to a dedicated server with ini access. helped everything, crashes no longer mattered, lag was way less, could do backups, all the fancy settings that console SP doesn't get.

lol , i got super lucky really, at the time most the core group i played with had moved to pc , i was still doing the server coding for them an quite a few other people from an old laptop. They decided as a thank you for the years id been doing the servers an looking after them to all chip in an buy me a pc .

Higher level means higher stats. Won't run out of stamina, will have more weight and the higher melee usually means it will provide more resources when farming.... so "level" doesn't matter but better stats usually mean better farming.... but more resources and time to tame. Some people just tame something low to start and work up when better kibble available etc.

well, you are screwed. a laptop 4070 is actually a 4060 in terms of hardware and performance

the game will still run on lower graphics, but it wont be pretty, and 60 fps would take some major sacrifices

Get deinochus for alpha dragon. 1o of em imprinted. Ride one sit on dragons foot when he lands. Their bleed damage shreds alpha dragon and if you do it right he cant fly away. Megs for brood or rexes. Rexes for monkEy and Rexes again with a few deinos for fenrir. Dont forget your yuti for damage buff

I used top theris when official ase servers were still up, put 10 stacks of veggie cakes on each and beat the dragon easily, with rexes you must be good to command them in the right direction to avoid the lava, but the dragon is very tricky, I only had issues 1 time when he kept leading them to the lava. This was always one of the worst places on ase and on asa is almost the same. You can get attacked by mobs of 50 xiphas like I did. My advice is try to take 4 strong basilos mine have 70p melee and can go to 150k hp on official with ascendant saddle. So that you can see how crazy this place is I dc and died when I returned my 150k hp basilo after a battle with all xiphas and another top basilo came out with 1k hpI had to pod him and simply leave the cave

You should also try to enter with your squad on passive going as high as you can to avoid the aphas that are in the deepest waters of the cave. When you are close to the artifact then set them to neutral but keep in mind that you probably will lose them since this cave is absolutely nuts

Have you done a wild dino wipe to see? Have you made sure the mod was installed/activated on the server or your singleplayer?

The problem was that the mod I was using wasn't working as intended so I installed a more polished one and that got the job done

If #customer-support is open, there's a possibility of getting the character back, however all imprints on ASA are now tied to your account EOS ID, not a specific character implant.

Yes hope they'll reopen it, luckily my friend was just started so he ddnt lose much he already got a better character than he had. I posted here just to have information if its possible to recover a character because i was worried losing my lvl 155 with all notes as i plan to transfer to new map when it comes out, If this happens i think i'd stop playing till they reopens ticket. As support has been down for a bit now, I wouldn't personally stop playing based on just that, as all of your imprints do save per account, and as long as you have one tribe mate at least, you're able to get back into your tribe easily, and levels are easy to get with multiple maps with notes now. Of course it's up to you, I was just giving you an extra opinion XD

sometimes the screen will be completly black minus faint ui elements, or sometimes it will start phasing into the game but freeze before it gets there.

Never would have put either a dire bear or a wolly rhino on an underdog list. Both can run bosses and even farm alphas. The bear is an excellent taming platform tank plus the honey harvest feature.

You can go and get lots of wood from beaver dams, my choice is using a therizino, they are really strong and can help you a lot, also make an argentavis follow you and unload all wood in it, then keep grinding
