The problem is there isn't any eggs there now and no wyverns at all. There is only wyverns if I fly further in the cave. The answer is, there really isn't any. Gotta take a heavy weight mount to the second closest mountain in the southern region and mine the few hundred worth of crystal there

If you watch a lot of the ARK design videos on YouTube you will see a lot of them using the ladder trick where you place a ladder, climb it and walk over it. You are then at a perfect 90 degrees to the foundation. We use that a lot to perfectly place a lot of items so long as you don't move your mouse after.

What you need is a male with 'perfect stats' and a female with 'perfect stats'. Perfect stats are when you have a breeding pair with both having the exact same stats.

And basically with mutations, it'll add 2 points to a random stat. What you want will vary, but usually it's melee or health.

For example...
If you're breeding spinos, and you want to start a breeding line of melee mutated spinos, you will breed perfect stat males with a bunch of perfect stat females, hoping you will get a mutation in a desired stat.

Once you get that mutation, you need to make sure the mutated baby is a MALE, and you will simply replace the previous male (it's father) with the newly mutated baby

both of those things individually are almost certainly GPU crashes, at least. different results sounds like instability, not the result of a driver or config bug. i would suggest running a graphics stress test or two to see if those also crash, or underclocking the GPU core and VRAM maybe 10% and see if the issue stops

i have not seen ASE get a software-caused GPU driver crash, unlike ASA. DX11 makes that very difficult and unlikely

the long freeze also suggests it is a hardware failure, not driver level

The west cave, if your server recently restarted or you did a dinowipe might even be empty.

Any spot with a Bronto is good for all berries. Best berry gatherer in vanilla. A Gigantoraptor is decent on the stomp but you probably want to just ake a Steggo to anyplace with tall reeds/bamboo plants like near Hidden Lake.

If you are too early game for a Steggo, a moschops can be specialized in berry farming.

Go to your steam library. Go to ark and click settings then properties then local files then "verify integrity of files" if anything is missing or corrupted, it should fix that

If you have a save you're in love with I'd suggest backing it up to another folder. Of I remember correctly it basically gives your game a refresh

Honestly I find the later parts of the game where you're just waiting around for breeding or crafting to be worse for boredom. Early game you've got so much to do. Build a base, tame, level, die a billion times, etc

Most content creators are playing on boosted servers, they are almost never playing on official rates and settings. With some mutation breeding you can get some extremely good dinos but millions of hp is not happening on normal settings.

If your playing evolved you’re on unofficial depending on the tamed status for that server it’ll take some time or it could be insta tame either way take the food out of its inventory wait for the Dino food status to drop about 80-100 points before putting the food in its inventory if it’s insta tame it’ll tame once it eats

Hi so uh Im playing on my friend's non-dedicated server. All worked well before, but now when I join I cant respawn. There were issues before, I couldn't join the server until he killed my sleeping character, then It'd let me join and I'd simply reclaim my items and play normally. Now, when I tried joining after he killed me, I cant respawn my character. The "respawn" button is grayed out, if I try clicking on the respawn zones (South 1, etc.) its still grayed out, and the beds arent' showing eitehr. It was written on top that I got killed by him, so its definitely the same character. My internet is pretty aight, I've never had issues with it before.
