Quit Ark thanks to a blockage of progression, no transfers and no black pearls on SE.

There is several spawns you can look up, i tamed 2 already.
If you do see one hit it with a fire wyvern it will start the tame and track it, once heatwave over just go to the icon/tracking and build a trap.

Ello, PC Player here, does anyone know what setting or command I can use to make the LOD of creatures a bit better? From like literally as close as I can possibly be to a microraptor for example, its visibly quite low polygon and I wanna fix that.

I was looking in-game at commands with "LOD" in it but I'm scared to do any commands right now until I know what i'm doing lol.

LOD will use max if it can, up close. if you dont have enough memory to load everything fully, it wont. can also take excessive time to load on a particular slow drive

every update steam verifies the integrity of the files of the game (100gb+) and it's the 4th times there is an error from steam when it does it, which corrupts some files and force the game to redownload itself

in the beginning yeah... but with all the bugs/issues in the game which make the game harder and more frustrating as it have to be (render range, freezes, lags, etc) they could do this compensation nearly permanently.^^ there are a lot of issues since release not fixed and even the PAID dlc content is buggy. i just say long game freezes everytime you render an oasisaur with structures. This 1.5x is just a joke.^^ 2x should be the minimum now with all the isses imo.

Seriously, had to farm Manticore for DW's. Got infinite element and no BPs. it drops very low. And no OTTER, so artifact farming sucks.
