If its a custom map / mod map sometimes the mods conflict / dont work with the map. Callabus and mods required a lot of custom work for our unofficial server admins in ASE to get things to pair right. Even then it was slow to start up. Had to pair back a lot compared to say our normal maps where we had 14-16 and even those took a bit to load in.

Would suggest trying a normal map for sure first. But 50 mods is a lot of mods. Even if they aren't large that is still a lot to load in and likely to time out.

Offline Raid Protection, means that you can still live your live, go to work have fun with your family do importatnt stufff with out minding every second about is your base destroyed. Will they offline wipe you. You can play when ever you want. and can turn off with out thinking so much about the game.

Can anyone help - got 2 carchas. Male is 280 melee (260 base with 2 mutations) and Female is 235 melee (195 with 4 mutations). Bred them twice so far and have had one with 300 melee, which is the 260 base with 4 mutations and a 215 which is the 195 with 2 mutations. Is is possible to get the 260 with 6 mutations where they stack or is 300 melee the best we can get?

I used a GTX 1080 Ti for the longest time. I finally upgraded to a RTX 4090 when Starfield came out. It runs ARK well on max settings without DLSS.

In epic it will run 60 fps but it’s not stable so I go low settings for most of it apart from certain things and cap fps to 60 offers some stability.

Bro why? Who is agreeing to make these changes that nobody ever ask for, they are ruining the game, you need cryofridges for throwing stuff out and can't throw near enemies but still have a 5min timer. Babies don't change now after being podded, not able to put cryofridges on platforms or boats. And a bunch of other things, the event they added is annoying enough woth love bugs that are aggressive to everything and kill anything you KO, I just hate how this company makes such big changes to games playing aspect but don't even do a poll to see if anyone agrees with the idea but nope, I used to say while playing ASE this game is dead but it's great game only if they remastered the game and got rid of the hackers and had better graphics it would bring pop back. But then we get all these changes nobody asked for with the worst map of all time "The island" no wonder why the player drop off rate 90% The people making these changes aren't even in touch with their own communitie in the slightest

A cluster of servers is almost the same as multiple servers. Only difference is not being able to move between. Either way your nitrado account would have multiple servers registered under it.

Well. I'm not sure how to help you then, my issues were with PC. And that was were I worked it out. There was a lot online about it. Google the lost connection thing and look through that. This is not a new issue even the older staff was usefully for me to fond things to try

People are passionate about Ark. Its pretty amazing what WC has created, a game that ties together so many elements pretty well. Base building, creature taming, exploration, PvP, and more. I think the most amount of hate they get are from players that really want to see the game succeed. Doesn't help that WC has so many delays, failed executions, cut features, and constant bugs that really sour the experience.

So, ASA is the answer that the vocal majority of the community was asking for.
Now, pricing, DLC inclusion/exclusion, and that whole mess was a whole 'nother shit show 😂, but no one should be suprised ASA is in its current state and seems will be in it for the forseeable future.

you shud be fine, most of the issues seem to come from people already having characters in upload ,
after you defeat the overseer boss, you ascend from island
(basically means it puts your char in upload )
then you will get cut scene blah blah. on spawning back to the map you can then just
a- spawn back in a bed if all went well
b-have to restart game , download character to map on relogging in (make sure not to create a new char)
people get confused an create new char wiping there old one

best to do gamma for first time, it is quite the process getting through the cave with a dino train (trying not to lose any in the lava )
the dinos in there spawn high levels , there is also micro raptor to help knock u off tames .
not sure if gamma has a giga in the way , i think it does
the cave part is hot as hell , once u get passed that leading to the teleport for the boss arena , its cold as fuck

Ping used to be around 70 (Australian on states servers), now it's 280 on a good day. Most of the time it's high 300s.

Once again I would like to ask you to open an official cluster of Offline Raid Protection servers.

The thing is that I, as well as many other players, have been playing ARK: Survival Evolved for years on the official PVP-ORP cluster.
At some point, the developers closed all the official servers with the words that all the same official servers will soon appear in the remaster of the game - ARK: Survival Ascended. It is for this reason that I and many other fans of this mode bought ARK: ASA, hoping that they will be able to return to their favorite servers and enjoy our favorite game again. But what was my surprise that this mode is simply absent in ASA.
From the first day the game appeared in my library, I tried to get in touch with the developers to get the word out. But never got any clear answer.
I realize that the game is still in development and the developers have a lot of things to do to improve ARK ASA. I'm not asking or in any way demanding to open an official ORP cluster immediately, I just want to know some information about future plans, since again, I and many other players can't find a place in the remaster. Their home and comfort was taken away from ARK: Survival Evolved, but they didn't get it back in ARK: Survival Ascended.
