Hacks aren't to bad. It's the constant maintenance and updates where they don't actually do anything. Rhynios are still stupid to tame if your lucky and server idiot doesn't go into the render or kill the bug. You got tusos one tentaclling so you just wate your pearls. Can't tame eqquus as feed calm button just throws you off horse. 😒 between all the issues and then you got server trolls trying constantly mess up your tames. It's a waste of money. They should have kept ase. @heavy cedar please actually fix your game. It's getting beyond a joke.

For example, i have male trike that has 3 mutations, 2 points extra in stam, health, melee... but this doesnt happen at all, it gets a new mutation, but never transfers its mutated stats to its offspring, it just removes all other mutations and adds a random new one removing the old mutation

Not quite answering your initial question, no modding experience here, but I do have good news about how useful the carchar is for bosses. Although they don't fit through boss teleporters they do fit through the door of the Tek Cave and are the best creature you can use for clearing the path in there. Lots of creatures to build up bloodrage on, lots of lava pits to tailswipe them into, big enough to not being pushed around and risk falling. Just have remember to cryo it before the Hall of History teleporter

There’s a cryo mod that allows one to enable releasing a cryo in boss arena. Theoretically, that would be a workaround though I have not tried it myself. “Pelayori’s cryo storage(crossplay)”

That's the community crunch from a couple weeks ago when the event went live, you're fine though it seems a few users read the crunch but didn't read the whole thing, so they've removed the mod and lost stuff as well. If you're able to do a rollback, you should be able to re-add the mod and do a rollback and you should have your stuff back.

Many creatures will work for caves; some depend on the cave due to size. Anything from Raptors to Dire Bears, and everything between. On the Island, most caves won’t fit things like Dire Bears / Thylacoleos though. So a good Raptor, Terror Bird, Sabertooth would be your one-size fits all; a Bary does some, but not all caves on the Island.

The lag rubberbanding and insane ping has actually worked out to being approx .75-.8 x . A egg requiring 1hr 5 min takes approx 1.5-1.75 hours to incubate. Eggs float away and are not visible till hatch or 15 mins after placing. Constant desynching where ppl are not where they think they are or moving for 10 mins only to be seen not moving by others then teleport back to the location ppl saw them standing at. We post a report basically every day. A gm ( GM gacha) was on server 3 days ago for an unrelated reason and I brought it to his attention) they said they would bring it up but NOTHING has been addressed. No patch has addressed this. We have lost out on the event. At times the server is actually unplayable. Constant crashes.
We have ppl from EU I am on western NA we have ppl from all over and NO ONE has ping go less than 400. This has been the entire event. Over Christmas and to be frank hearing no help w constant reports for help is ridiculous. I generally do not stream ark w my stream community but I'm thinking if nothing us being addressed I may have to in order to prevent others from purchasing this game in the current state. The Dino ai being atrocious is one thing but actual un playable servers with no addressing?? simply unreal.

Btw to add consoles and PC alike are suffering the same.

If you read the last commmunity crunch or the past one they have written a DATA when start and when End .. event = rate 1.5x and different timer for imprinting and different % , so when you know its near to over, you dont open dinos or you will loose the 100% imprinting.

Will my lvl 244 Rex be able to defeat a lvl 55 Carno? My Rex has 6k health rn and almost 600 melee

Yes ofc, I suggest riding the rex since a lot of the times Carnot can’t even hit you and if it dose you still will win agents it tbh,

It’s just at half hp rn cause of fall damage in fog, but it originally has 12k health

Most rexes I’ve seen has 20k hp but then again it might vary lol, yeha if you ride and face-tank it half of the time the carno won’t be able to hit you because of the knock back of your attack I think?
