Not sure why you are waiting for a fix to something that is intended. Non Dedicated has a tether feature and yes it is short. Always has been, always will be. It's not broken, it's part of the game.

Because you only breed the mutated male with unmutated females, or if the desired change landed on a female, then you can breed her with the unmutated male)

If you don't care about the stat you got then just kill it and keep trying with good stat male on 0/0 females until it's a stat that you want. Then try to get that stat on a male again and keep breeding it with 0/0 females.

Yea that's what I am doing, but I accidentally breedet two more breeding females with the same level as the others. Two of the females have one mutation, but the level is still 291 and the stats are also still the same like the other females with 0/0.

Ok, the level doesn't matter. And with each mutation on the female your chance to get another mutation is just lower, but not impossible. I'd just remove those females with mutations and use the 0/0s

There will always be hackers. You can't do anything about some of them other than ban them as they get reported. But for the Win10 version, there is very little they need to do to get rid of a lot on that platform. That being adding an anti cheat, which Win10 seems to currently lack. Easy fix, large impact. And for people saying there are speed hacks on console only servers, they're capping most of the time. For some reason, some PC players can't stand feeling like their platform is the worse in any category, so they have to say console has a hacking problem too when it most definitely does not
