Don't get me wrong. I bag on Ark a lot but I have a soft spot for it. I've been playing since it released (ASE) and have a ton of hours into it. It's a fun game, when it's not being difficult. ASA IS fun. But it has issues. (Like ASE did lol) issues that will be fixed though.

However I still can't recommend buying the game at this state. I'd wait for a price drop.

They need to find there notes for the first time they fixed all these issues. Corrupted saves and memory loss was fixed 5 years ago (to an extent) its just that asa pushes it too hard and they have to start from the ground up. It’s hard to trouble shoot if people don’t pay attention and report it specifically as to what happened, that’s how I found out 50/50 void bug is back

In my experience Ptera's are fast but are kinda weak, Tapa's are fast and can manuver better. Argy's are best all rounders, and Quet's well.. They are slow but can carry dinos.

It depends, In my experience raptors and gali's are fast on land, Water Anglers, and Icthys, and sky Ptera or maybe Tapa. There is also the frogs that can jump, as well as the Kangaroos. Dire bear as well because it gains speed as you hold shift.

the idea of the tether is to stop multiple parts of the map and multiple dinos being loaded in at once, as ASA is far more performance intensive it would be impossible to run a dedicated style server of the hosts' pc, please just think about things logically before slating the devs and/or nitrado

Having an issue with accessing the Radial menus for dinos. I can access the menu initially, but once the menu is open, I cannot move around the ring to select an option. (Windowed-Fullscreen/PC). The mouse ends up "out" of the the game.

They are kinda rare. Max levels. But you can do a Dino wipe with
admincheat DestroyWildDinos
