rexes cant do dragon easily, megatheriums cant do mega or dragon easily either. theris can do all 3 and overseer without an issue. hence, i'd suggest just breeding up a theri army

issue is with rexes and dragon is that you'd need to breed up 2 different rex armies; one for dragon and another for everything else because you want way more melee and less hp for dragon
imo more convenient to use theri for everything

at default, around 75 metres

singleplayer has a bug that without hibernation being disabled, resource nodes can get deleted permanently if they dont respawn by the time you log off. the only other way to prevent this from happening is to make resources respawn near instantly, and also close to players and structures

Torpidity rises for a few seconds after they are shot

DodoDex says that using tranq arrows (from a bow or a crossbow) against one of those is a 0.3% chance to kill it. So either you got really unlucky or it got in a fight before you encountered it

there's 3 routes you can take.

1 is running a non-dedicated session, where your computer runs the game and other people join in, but are tethered to the host because it takes a lot to render the game for multiple people.

2 is rent an online server

3 is using a spare computer as its own private server to run the game and you and others can join
