My only issue with Ark 2 is if there is any misinterpretation that a 'first person mod' is in any way guaranteed, because there is no guarantee; No employee or contractor contracts to be found. People who missed the first technological growth cycle from the original early Ark, might have the chance to get involved and experience that growth and evolution when it comes with ASA/1.5

In terms of that, I usually build a small hut like 2x2 or 3x3 and get some beds down and some crafting essentials (mortar and pestle, smithy, forge etc) and then go snag our some of the tames you mentioned argy, doed, anky, parasaur or stego for berries to make narcotics easier. Then focus on building up gates and stuff around my base to create a yard and all that good stuff

While it tamed, I flew off to retrieve a yellow supply crate (just a metal billboard blueprint, trash), then when I come back, I find the terrorbird awake... and still wild... Try tranquing it again, it dies... try searching for it to see if I could retrieve my kibble, it's gone... all gone....
