Even with double of the playerbase the game will not be stacked Im being honest. Ark can generate so much more players by just simply advertising. Idk if there is even a marketing team…. If you want to create a globally much played game it needs to be error free (mesh,desync cheat admin right abusing etc…) and a game which is being advertised and good. For the very competitive ones you can make good cash prices for competitive players, in sotf or hosted servers. If there is competitiveness and cash players can grow to be pros and advertise the game even more with their influence, because kids are going to watch pros, because you can learn much from them.The most popular games are with price pools and the game mode battle Royale. That’s basically SOTF. Ark is good enough to do that. Great devs and much love. The developer studio at first created ark with love and not controlled by a mega company. That’s why it was so good. Most of the people who downloaded ark sticked to the game till the end with thousands of played hours, because the game is so good. To summorize it there will be no playerbase without advertising and the game will die twice. Beside that no game trailer less than a month before release!?!??!! Great for generating a hyped playerbase. It is just clueless.
