Hello, i played with a friend on bloody ark pve servers a year ago. It was a no wipe server so slow - no mutators and some good mods. (RR stuff and awesome spyglass etc) decent taming and breed/hatch rates. A big plus side of the pve map was that it had an arena at 8pm in ragnarok so the community could join and fight the arena boss witch u would get a random 285 dino from. To bad this server is no more, i'm from Belgium does some one know a decent good pve server with events like this?

This is happening on my xbox cluster too. Nitrado have put an apology on the servers and so far the devs in here have acknowledged issues on playstation earlier in the announcements channel but as per usual they ignore xbox users concerns.

Maybe a work around but some players on mine are reporting that on the maps you're unable to join because you crash, try and get someone to kill your character and that has successfully resolved the problem for a handful.

Unable To Move Forward
I am having the most odd intermittent issue where after holding down the W key to move forward for a period of time, i let go of my W key, and it keeps moving forward and will not stop... only after 10 - 30 seconds will it finally stop.. if i open my inventory, it stops moving but i cannot continue to move forward for a period of time..

Hi, I'm new here so sorry if I'm writing in the wrong place...
I have several servers hosted on a dedicated pc in LAN, working without any problem.
I created a PGArk server after generating the map in singleplayer mode. Playing in syngleplayer everything is ok, but if I play the same map on the server every time I quit ARK overwrites the file ..ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\LocalProfiles\PGArks\mapname\PlayerLocalData.arkprofile bringing it back to the size of 1KB.
If I copy myID.arkprofile from the server (on the PC where I installed ARK) and rename it PlayerLocalData everything is recovered: minimap, locations and so on...
Obviously, leaving the server, the data is lost again from my local PC. Anyone know a solution?

Unfortunately, there probably isn't. PGarks are a long, long abandoned sideproject. not only would i expect this will never be fixed (last update to the system was years ago afaik); you'll probably run into worse ones. Probably better off looking for a good modmap if you're looking for a new map, than trying to fight with PGarks

I’ve never had that issue then. Tek helmet shows narrow fov. Placing a exo helmet skin on the tek helmet changes it to normal field of view. Have you tried just wearing the skin without the actual helmet?

You can lose items also while in sleep pod. Either tribemate can take them. Or rare rare occasion to die from server restart or something.
Only safe way is to place manequin near bed and take your stuff off every time you log out.
I play like that even before gen 2 manequin by using box.

Well then probably game did a bloop. I came across incubator showing same 80 points but I got higher stat babies. Also no color change which is indicator for mutation. Or mutation counted in ancestry.

I doubt it will pass the new magic stat cuz it sounds like a bloop. You can surely try.

Hey i try to run a ARK Server on my Dedicated V-Server (Linux 64Gb Ram 12 Cores 512gb nvme drive)
If i start the Server after a few minutes it is shown ingame and i can try to connect but get after a while Connection lost.

Just from this comment alone, I can tell they're both outdated. You should be able to update it from ASM and steam should auto update, but if not, you can try and right click and verify your files.

Question: Is everywhere on gen 2 meshable because we were meshed in the under water? Not one turret went off and no cubes destroyed, all external defence still up, internal defences all up, but they still managed to blow up all the vaults and dedis and get the cryo pods so our base looks like it’s not been touched on the outside but on the inside it’s been fucked up.

Looking to know if there’s places on gen 2 you can’t mesh. Though it doesn’t make sense, the internals were all still up and full but our stuff was still blown up internally, only one piece of uw cube was destroyed and there’s no way we could have been insided because we all live together. Was wondering if it’s a ghost exploit.

I’m taming a Rex rn and the ark wiki thing says if you feed it raw mutton, kibble or prime meat you need 0 narcotic. Is that an error or what’s up with it?

The time you knock it out until it wakes up is a fixed amount. When you feed it those types of food, you'll tame it before it wakes up, so you don't need any narcotic to extend the time it's unconscious

Put a bed by a bat cave
Suck your blood until you have 100 blood packs
Let it pick you and feed a few times

Use that bat to then gather blood bags and tame a shit load of bats so you can start breeding
