Wolves are live births not eggs BUT

Eggs are required to be fertalized. (So enable mating of a male and female of the same species to get an egg)

Then you'll need to check the egg when you 'drop' it on the floor.

It will say one of three things : too hot, too cold, hatching.

If too hot put out any and all fires and torches nearby, if that doesnt work try picking up the egg and drop ot at nighttime. If still too hot you'll need to wait until you have air conditioning.

If too cold try placing down, torches, campfires or fireplaces. All during the day.

If the egg is hatching leave it alone.

Advice: build a little hatching box/room, have the correct food types on you (so meat berries ect)

I found my high level character and it is sleeping. When the second player logs on, I lost control of the new player and am forced to respawn, but respawning simply removes control of the new character from 2nd player and gives it to me.

Blood packs only work on desmo babies while rendered due to the way the game calculates consumption once it’s rendered it essentially force feeds the baby the food it would of eaten but blood packs have a cool-down so when the game tries to make them eat the amount they should have the cooldown stops that from working

If your gonna stay with the desmo then yea blood packs in its inventory works fine but if your doing other stuff you have to use meat

Overwriting the character would get rid of the existing one if you were to die and click "Create new character" but you would lose all of the structures that your character has, if it owns a tribe or something like that with no people in it it would be disbanded, unless you had a tribemate to transfer the ownership to and then for him to invite you and re promote you

but you would lose boss engrams and level basically all the progress that your character has, another choice is to transfer your current character to a different server then create a new one on the server you already play that way you can use your old one as a crafter

Punch trees for wood and thatch until you get a pickaxe and an axe. Use a pick to get more thatch and an axe for more wood. Use an axe on a body for more hide, and a pick for more meat. Use a pick for more flint from big rocks, or an axe for more stone. Don't punch any dinos unless you're ready for a fight. Always overprepare. Stay near the beaches till you have a good trike

Oh and don't get attached to a dino you tame. It will die a painful death, until you're experienced
