Did you do a dino wipe recently? I often get this kind of problems because of how often i use it. Using the cheat "slomo 1000" for a few minutes usually do the trick. It also works on stuff like deinonychus eggs.

I dont really remember how high the cheat you should set and how long do you need to wait. I usually just put 1000000 and wait for a few minutes

you find a wild dino with your preffered stats (IE high HP or melee or other stats) and breed it with another dino with the other stats you want untill you get a perfect stat combo which will be the highest stats of both parents
this will be your 0/0, or "perfect pair"
after you have acquired your 0/0 pair, then you are ready to breed for mutations
mutations are simple, they have a chamce to pop up on a random stat each time a baby is born or hatches, but the likelihood decreaces based off how many mutations you currently have stacked on it
each mutation will add 2 points to the stat it rolls snd you can get up-to 3 mutations in a single hatch/birth, they can roll on the same stat
mutations carry over when you breed it together with annother dino
you will most likely want to get females with the desired mutations and breed them with a 0/0 male to increace the likelihood of getting a mutation

however, if you breed 2 dinos with the same mutation, the mutations will not stack and will only be the parents stats
doing this will also combine the parents mutation count and decreace the likelihood of getting a new mutation
avoid doing this
