when a dino is fresh out of a tame each stats get a x amound of lvls
for example a 15 mele 20 oxygen 20 movement speed 10 health 10 stam
a different dino would have for example 10 mele 10 oxygen 30 movement speend 15 health 5 stam
the baby of those dino will have a combination of those stats
so it could get all the high stats of both parents
but it could also get both parents low stats

Ah, I was looking for the avis on your list lol. Blueprints can be found at a higher quality tier of base weapons you craft in your smithy or inventory. For example if you find a metal pickaxe blueprint in a drop, it would say "150% dmg" that is better than the 100% you get from the default one. Then you can make unlimited of that item from your blueprint
