Yeah, it’s called Noctis. After going through a dungeon and reaching the boss teleporter, there is a 1/1000 chance you will be teleported to the Noctis instead of the boss. So it’s extremely rare, and I finally got it.

Nope, PC, but it does not matter what graphic settings I play on, because since I started my Lost Island run they revert back to playdough on random and refuse to get on medium or high again. mildly annoying. Also I observed that the amount of weird textures and things like bushes, trees or crystals being misplaced (e.g. floating above the ground) increases on the larger free DLC maps compared to The Island, my theory is that you just can´t check everything on the new maps as Dev before the release date.

It has no lore precedence whatsoever as it is never named, but it connects to what we do know as the gateway project, which was the portal that the tek tribe built. It isn't necessarily the case that they built the entire thing, since it appears too massive for them to have built portals along each bit there, but yeah.
