On Steam there was always BattlEye for ASE and for ASA there is too.
My specualation what does it exactly mean: cross platform anti-cheat can ban user on all platforms. So I assume either BattleEye will be supported on consoles too or there will be similiar anti-cheat protection available.

It's possible your PC doesn't meet the optimal settings for graphics to be smooth, seems to be a big issue with multiple PC players(with the blocky graphics)
