Why does my female Basilisk have black eyes? Do all females have black eyes?

there are some options as to why your fem basi has darker eyes:
a) youre in a darker area since it seems like you might be in 2 diffrent places on the pictures
b) its a bug or something
c) its a color region

i would suggest to either tame some other low basis with both genders and see their eye color, or if you have a breeding mod (i dont remember if vanilla basis can breed so yeh) then try breeding out some babies of both genders to see if they have darker eyes?

got lucky, tamed 2 fire and ice parrots, a breeding pair, bred some to get more females for egg productions and- well i wanted to move one parrot a bit to the others to make more space by riding it, bad choice, i forgot the cieling wasnt too high and got stuck
i cant drink a suicide pot, cant unstuck by jumping/crouching or logging to the menu, i will try to knock myself out by draining my stam, or trying to die by hunger/dehydration lol
