unfortunately this deployment is not a transfer fix. we have seen some stability improvements with transfers though today. however transferring especially within EU servers is still risky so do so at your own peril. the deployment now is only for a small portion of our NA network that is currently offline due to an outage earlier.

Then something is off. If the resevoir has water, the tap should work automatically when it's in range. The resevoir has a limited amount of water and fills over time, so if it's watering crops it will fill the plots and the tap won't work until it fills again. I'd leave render range, and come back and see if that helps.
