No that's not normal and I don't have these problems with full hazard suit on abberation, you should check if have really all 5 parts of the suit and if it's full and not damaged, if you still have the problem try relogg or try another server ? I don't know, but you know it's Ark, everything can happen !

you can run it, but for a game as big as ark, 16 is the bare minimum, if you’re rendering a lot your ram will overflow and your game will stutter and eventually crash
