On astraeos before this whole update happened whenever I ran or flew up a certain mountain I keep crashing out the game even when I log back in I crash instantly, it’s like that whole area was completely bugged. Don’t panic. This is not a wipe.

After the Astraeos update, the servers appear to have loaded a fresh “Day 1” world save, which is why all bases, dinos, and tribe logs look empty. However, player characters are still intact, which strongly suggests this is a world save / cluster loading issue — not a data deletion.

The official Discord already confirmed: “Servers are not wiped.”

This most likely means the wrong save file was loaded after the update, and a rollback from backup should restore everything once the issue is addressed.

Do not rebuild, do not tame, and do not leave your tribe for now — if a rollback happens, anything done now could be overwritten.

It’s a server-side issue affecting all Astraeos servers. Let’s stay calm and wait for an official fix.
